I purchased some return address stickers which I personalized on the website by typing in the address, name, etcThey looked really good on the website and in the review before the purchaseHowever, when I received them, you could not read the street numbers address because the colors were too faded on the backgroundFollowing their "100% Satisfaction" promise, I complained and they said they would give me a credit for what I had paid toward a reorder of a different color ink on the lettering so it could clearly be read on the stickersSo I reordered the product but had to pay the shipping and handling cost for the reorder ($6.95-which seems high to mail an envelope with stickers in it)So I am out the original shipping and handling and now have had to pay another shipping and handlingI complained about this so Nicole had me take a picture of the stickers (I offered to send them back so they could see the problem first hand but they declined)She then says the picture resolution is too poor to determine "who is at fault" (as though it is my fault one can't read the address?) so she only offers to give me a credit for the $TO BE APPLIED TO A FUTURE PURCHASEThis is not what their satisfaction guarantee provides and is hardly satisfactoryI am now disappointed in the quality of the product and their failure to stand behind their % satisfaction guaranteeBE WARY WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY

I ordered t-shirts on 6/hoping to have them for fathers day - even paying $for the expedited shipping Zazzle web site said would be delivered Tuesday 6-to Friday 6- Just called and they have not even been produced yet! They offered to refund my express shipping fee - but still won't have the t-shirts in time, and NO IDEA when I will acutally have them
Won't be ordering from them again!

I ordered custom T-Shirts on 5/28/with a promised delivery date of 6/ When they did not arrive, I contacted the business and told them I needed the order by 6/ They offered to investigate and get back to me by the end of the day I heard nothing from them I called again on 6/ All I was offered was to expedite the shipping when the order is complete Not acceptable I want a refund I will put the credit card charge in dispute This outfit is sleazy and shady They take your money and do nothing to complete your order...even after daysthey they don't offer your money back...just to expedite shipping These people should be out of business!

I placed an order with Zazzle on December 20th, for invitations for a baby shower in February I thought the expected turnaround time would be sufficient to receive the invitations to be mailed to guestsThe first time I received my order on January 2nd, it came as a box stuffed with brown packing paper and NOTHING ELSE After an email and phone call to Zazzle I was told my order would be reprinted within two days and would receive next day delivery shipping After a multitude of customer service feedback inquiries filling my inbox, exhausting my patience and feeling frazzled, my invitations finally arrived two weeks later This left a minimal amount of time for the invites to be addressed, mailed and for the shower guests to rsvpI learned a valuable lesson that I am now passing onto prospective clients of ZazzleIf you want to get Frazzled use Zazzle…Below is a calendar of events:
12/20/I ordered invitations from Zazzle for a February, baby shower12/21/I received an email stating my order's production was ready for shipping01/02/My 1st Zazzle package was received with no invitations, just brown paper01/02/I emailed and telephoned Zazzle's customer service that the shipped order arrived without invitations01/02/I spoke with customer rep Ms*** whereupon she said the order would be fulfilled within two days and sent out express shipping She sent an email acknowledging this01/04/I received an email from Zazzle wanting feedback on my orderI did not respond because the order was not received01/08/I emailed Zazzle reiterating the 12/20, 12/21, 01/emails asking for the status of my order and the complications Zazzle created due to their inability to timely fill my order01/08/I received an email that my order would be escalated to a manager and that it's reprinting production would be prioritized01/09/I emailed Zazzle and asked why wasn’t my order prioritized in December or on January 2nd or 4th when the problem was apparent and acknowledged by Zazzle's customer representatives01/09/Zazzle stated it would be shipping my order as soon as possible01/11/I emailed Zazzle for an order status update01/13/I emailed Zazzle as to when my order would be sent01/16/My 2nd printed order was finally received

This company was delightful to deal withI ordered mugs during the busy Christmas seasonDelivery was very fast One of the mugs had a small crack and Zazzle customer service replaced it immediatelyI didn’t have to answer any questionsThey replaced the mug with premium shippingI would recommend this store to anyone and will definitely order from them again!

I brought what I had thought was a problem with an order to Zazzle customer support during Christmas season I had anticipated that I would face a long, difficult chore resolving a problem which I thought involved the shipping service (USPS) I thought my order had not arrived at my home and had been lost
I was so wrong First, Zazzle immediately responded and resolved to rectify the issue No questions, no hassles, no passing of blame - took total responsibility And, secondly, I discovered that there had in fact NOT been any problem with my order! My order was correctly delivered on time to my home in perfect order (My husband had mistakenly thought it was his order and hid it away)
So...this company has quality products, quality fulfillment operations AND a five star quality customer support team to back it up
I hope to do continuing business with Zazzle for many holidays to come Now, I just need to work on my husband

Zazzle is bar far the BEST company I have ever dealt with on line Every product I have received has been great quality and came quickly and well packaged Recently (actually months ago) I ordered custom holiday cards that had photos and printing on both sides, and somehow I ordered double the quantity I needed I only just realized this So, I wrote the company expressing my frustration for my own mistake They have actually credited the excess $ back to my account! THIS is uncalled for company service! I LOVE this company!!!

I was extremely impressed with Zazzle's customer serviceI placed an order for wedding invitations earlier this year and received my order without difficultyA few months later I attempted to order additional invitations, but my order was canceled because it did not "adhere to Zazzle's guidelines." The invitation was unchanged, and therefore this didn't make sense - why did my first order go through without difficulty, but the second order get canceled? I called customer service, and the gentleman was extremely polite and legitimately seemed sympathetic toward my situationHe gave me the contact information of the "Content Guidelines Department." It took a few emails, but the department responded quickly each time, apologized when they realized their mistake, and quickly rectified the situationI was very pleased with Zazzle, and I will continue to use/recommend them

This is one of the best experiences ive ever had ordering online ever! I messed up on my order and they were so quick to respond and help in every way they could10/highly recommend!!

They bait you by giving you one free monthWhen I tried to cancel membership within a month, they provide no way (or nearly impossible to find the way) to do it on their websiteAnd also no way to contact customer serviceSo, I removed my credit card info from payment methods It confirmed that there were no payment methodsBut they held onto my credit card info anyway and charged their monthly feeThis is a dishonest business practice

Good and fair service with decent prices

Zazzle Support absolutely have no comprehension and allow scams on it's website The only thing those people know how to do is give me the run around These Zazzle Support people are too dumb to understand that I'm not complaining about the designs but the whole account that is a scam***

My wife - *** - and I went online Monday evening to purchase a gift for a client of mineAt check out, it told us that IF "we order in the next minutes we will get our gift by 4/13." We paid extra for rush deliveryThe item was not received by 4/and we were forced to go purchase another gift at a physical locationThe item did finally show up LATE on 4/*** called Zazzle customer service to get a refund and send back the gift that was late (no need for it now), and they told her the web site was advertising wrong! That even if you pay extra, it still takes more than daysWe asked for a return shipping label to send back the item and a full refundThey only gave a credit - which we all know will NEVER be usedCompletely unethicalYou know a company is DESPERATE when they wont refund your money

1) online purchase history is no longer accesible
2) reported problem, but it still is not addressed
3) took emails to even get a response from support
4) the order tracking number finally provided by the support turn out to be INVALID
I still don't know what happened to my order, and contacting support has not helped at all
didn't used have this kind of problem, but I am HIGHLY disappointed by Zazzle
won't recommend

This business triple charged my checking account illegallyI will be proceeding with charges if not resolvedI had reached out by email and they only partially resolved the charges I have not done business with this account in over years and they decided to triple charge my account for one of their programs without my consent? Sounds like a scam to me I will never do business with this company again I have to take the time now to call and get this corrected and they were never authorized to charge my credit card*** *** *** *** ** *** ***
I think this is a scam They send you an email apologizing for the error and then offer you 20% off your next order They didn't even fully correct the unauthorized charges to my credit card Order againnever

Zazzle was a new company to me, but I wanted to purchase dog-tshirts so I gave them a try First of all, the company seems to have lost my order and I have not received any communication from anyone at Zazzle since I placed the order in May A month later, the order details on their website suggest they are still "processing my order" Who even knows what that is supposed to meanI think it is pretty sad to take someone's money and not give what was promised Hey Zazzle, that's called STEALING I have attempted to email and call customer serviceThe customer service line is fictitious as it never actually brought me to a person or an artificial intelligence that could offer me assistance So terrible job, overall My dogs and myself are very unhappy about the Zazzle experience Thanks

I have not received my order from zazzle and have tried to contact them and can not get any response! I placed my order with zazzle on March 21, My order was supposed to be shipped on March 23, Today is April 4, and my order is not with UPS because I already contacted themThey told me they don't have it and to contact the senderI've emailed zazzle and called them, waited on hold for minutes, no communication at all! I payed with my credit card on 3-21-My order # is ***My order was for invitations, the total amount charged to my card was $and that was on my mastercardMy package was supposed to be here on the 28th or 29th of MarchStill not here and no sign of it at UPS! Zazzle is Awesome! My invitations were back timely and they did an Awesome job!! I will definitely use them again!
