Extremely disappointedTried to cancel my membership and could not find anywhere to do soWhen I brought it to their attention, they disregarded my complaint and charged me anyway

Ordered two items on 5th and they should have been shipped within days - working days later they are still in process and cannot get an estimated shipment date from the companyVery poor service and this is my first order!

Purchased a small purse with matching head band that was advertised as holographic and it was not The price was astronomical based on the product received It was not worth one tenth of the price charged Working with the company for a refund but have only received a partial refund with the balance going into a Zazzle account which I do not have and never established Not sure if I will be able to settle this since they have no customer service when you call their number it take over minutes to talk to anyone In summary their products are not what they advertise, customer service service is very poor I would never do business with tis company

Ordered recipe binders on dec 8th & dec12th for my college kids per one of them wishReceived 1st one 1/2" instead of 1" which makes it bulky (that's partly why I special ordered it) the 2nd never arrivedCalled customer service (your wait is 33mins) then explained to the guy (didn't help a bit) then talked to supervisor who said he's on the case & will express ship it & rush making itSent emails, callednever received them till Christmas!!!! Horrible timing!!! They do a good job if you're not in a rush & willing to take risk if it's wrong to have enough time for redo

I purchased a Zazzle Black subscription year ago and did not select an option to auto-renewI was recently automatically charged for another yearI never selected the auto-renew optionZazzle took it upon themselves to do thatI requested a refund to my credit card (not my account) and they refuse, stating it's against their policyI didn't choose the auto-renewal option, so how am I obligated to adhere to their terms when I did not choose to? Other companies clearly give you a choice to select the auto-renew option

BUYER BEWARE: awful star serviceI ordered this product on a Tuesday with UPS Next Day Air Saver for an additional $ The arrival date was supposed to be on Thursday or Friday Instead, the item was mailed out on Friday and won't be here until Monday The minute wait to talk with a customer service rep was unbelievable No explanation why there was a delay Incompetent customer service sighing heavily while I was the one with the problem BUYER BEWARE: don't expect any service, expect inexplicable delays, and lots of hemming and hawing

My experience was a disaster The order confirmation assured me of a delivery date that was a complete hoax No one in customer service could confirm a thing about my order - shipment date, delivery date and "manufacturer guarantee" was all a scam if you need it in a timely manner DO NOT order from this vendor

Please do not order anything from Zazzle!! This cois fraudulent, dishonest, incompetent & downright shameful Ordered my daughter's wedding invitations only to be disappointed in their mailing time, multiple shipments coming from all parts of the country, incorrect items arriving, mis- matched paper choices, etc There customer service is in Ireland & only operate Mon - Fri Downright dishonest! Communicating items lost in the mail when there shipping services are just plain S L O W! Sending no envelopes with RSVP cardsI did recoup some monies on parts of the order but it was not worth the time & aggravationWedding planning is stressful enough I did not need for my blood pressure to rise with each delivery, email & phone call BWEARE OF ZAZZLE AND RUN FOR THE HILLS! I placed an order, which was supposed to arrive between Dec4-On Dec 5, it still showed as being printed, not shipped yet, so I called customer serviceWait times to talk to a person are longPeople who answer the phone have no access to any information, so it doesn't even matter if you talk to themThey can't tell you why your item wasn't produced on time or if it will be completed by a new deadlineI was given an email address, but emails are responded to in 1-daysThis is entirely useless if you are trying to find out if a package will be delivered in the next hours Worst customer service experience I have ever hadLiterally, there is no reason to pay people to answer the phone and say 'The production team will get to it when they get to it" They offered no way to fix the problem and no way to take responsibility for it

They are still selling $stamps, knowingly, and with no disclaimer whatsoever to the fact that stamp prices are going up on January A customer could go online today, order stamps for their wedding envelopes, receive them on January 23, stamp all their envelopes, bring them to the USPS, and then find out the hard way that the stamp prices have gone up to $But because the customer already peeled the stamps off the sheets, Zazzle will not refund their moneySo not only is the customer out over $for the stamps, they are also out the cost of the envelope and the calligraphy or printing to have the envelopes addressedAll because Zazzle is unethically selling stamps that, at this point, won't even be usable by the time they are receivedThe only solution the customer has is to buy $stamps and add them to the envelopesBut after you pay over $per stamp, who really wants to add a generic, second stamp, to their fancy wedding invitationsClearly, if you pay that kind of money, you are going for a very specific look

I ordered a skateboard for my daughters birthday on 7/11/ Her birthday was August 4th It is now September 6th and I still have not received it I have contacted them times trying to find when I might receive it and they said that they have no idea when They just keep saying it is a "production delay" A month delay and they still can't even give me a ballpark on when I should receive it At this point I would be shocked if I received it before Christmas

I ordered an embroidered black polo shirt that was supposed to have a college organization's logo on it - which included Greek letters and a simple phrase first written in white, and then in redWhat I received was extremely poor qualityNone of the words were legible because I received the polo with the words smeared! Unacceptable! As a college student with little money, I was personally insulted that this company's poor product quality and the fact that they practically stole my money! Never again will I buy from Zazzle and I am now very hostile against the idea of buying clothing/art products from online

I ordered stamps with a picture of our flag stripes, a Bible, & a cross The message reads One Nation Under God It was refused because it didn't meet their guidelines, & all I could find is that it is thought to be a hate message Boycott this company

I spent some time recently testing out zazzleAs an artist and designer it seemed a good way to make a few extra penniesUpload some artwork and hopefully earn some Commision Fortunatley I didn't get to involved before reading the small print in the terms and conditions Up to days to wait before any Commision made is paid and if your Commision amounts to less then a bucks likely when starting out you have to pay them for your money to be released to youIt was also likely that by loading your artwork onto the site you are giving them rights to use it with or without your permission Of course none of this is advertised on the site take a look for yourself I've picked out a few of the conditions I found most unfair but there are plenty of othersIt's a shame as most artist want to partner with a good printer but I don't think zazzle are looking for partners more free artwork supplied by an army of unpaid designers and artistsSave yourself the time and heartache contact some likeminded creatives and sell from your own websiteThe vast majority of work uploaded will never be seen by anyone and what is seen is so outrageously overpriced only a few well publicised artists are going to make anything other than peanuts

I have purchased from Zazzle many times over the last or years Almost every time I was using my own photos and following their guidelines on photo resolution and quality I couldn't be happier with the quality of the items! I have made coffee mugs, annual family calendars, fleece throws, Christmas ornaments, greeting cards, postage stamps, Christmas Ornaments and more It is very easy to make creations using your own photos with their tools (The annual calendars compiling family photos have become a favorite Christmas gift among family members.)
The couple of times I have had a problem of any kind, the customer service staff was friendly and professional and took care of it immediately

Hello, I placed an order for a customized piece (order #***) on 09/03/2016, as a birthday present for my significant otherThis item was needed by 09/23/2016, and has not yet shipped, even though the 'estimated' delivery dates were 09/- 09/I have contacted the business several timesFrom my original email, they upgraded my shipping method, which has clearly done nothing in means of expediting the orderThe second time I have contacted them, they have absolutely no idea when my order will ship or where it is, but have refunded the shipping and handling for the delayThird time I have attempted to contact them, I have not yet received a response, so this is my last resortI placed this order with plenty of time to receive the item to give to my significant other as a birthday present, and it's poor customer service that it has not yet shippedI want my order either over nighted to me at no extra charge, or sent immediately
