AwfulAvoid this placeI wish I had checked reviews here firstMy business card order was placed a month agoI have contacted customer service four times and I still do not have them At this point, calling credit card company to dispute charge because I ordered at Vista print instead

Easy to use website - customer service was great, quaility of the product is superior, product was delivered safely and promptly

I had a great experience with ZazzleI ordered a shirt for my daughter, but was unaware that it was 100% cottonIt would have shrunk and not fit her the first time through the washI told them the situation and that I needed a new shirt by Christmas and they offered to send me a new shirt through a faster service with no extra chargeI was very pleased and plan on ordering again from them

This company is a scam! I ordered invitations for a party on 12/28/and paid $for expedited shippingI received an email notification from Zazzle on 1/3/advising that invitations were shipped It is 1/5/and invitations for party on 1/20/have not been received Zazzle Customer Service sent a very curt email to me saying that all they can say is that my order is lost and that I can have a refund within 7-days I am screwed and will have to incur additional expense to scramble and print invitations over the weekend Zazzle can't confirm or deny that invitations were printed or even their location THey didn't haven't a problem taking my money and/or prolonging the refund process Do not use this company !!!!!

FIRSTLY it is really frustrating reading the email.when I place my order Zazzle demanded immediate paymentNow to refund Zazzle take 7-days., Isnt that ridiculous especially after screwing up a simple straight forward orderJUst cannot belief Zazzle is not able to handle simple order like thisplease learn from *** or even *** ** ***
SECONDLY isnt it foolish to state this in your email below:
"While our return policy requires a physical return of the product in order to issue a refund, we are willing to make an exception and waive the return in this instance Please feel free to keep, donate, or discard the item, at your discretion."
Just wonder is this a SOP answer to any issuesHow could I even return the product that I did not even receiveSo what do wish me to returnYou have the *** chick to say please feel free to kep donate or discard the item at your discretionThat is an insultTrust me I will share this senseless email with everryone

The company canceled the order without notice and did only refunded a portion of the money

I received order coffee mugs customized for my sister's 50th Wedding AnniversaryThis may sound like a small issue, but to me it really was deceitful of the company sending a known broken mugIt was obvious the mug was broken when it was wrapped and shippedI would like to get a replacement as quickly as possible for her anniversaryBut of course, you can't talk to a human at ZazzleI've tried multiple phone numbers and sent in a return request or replacement case number: *** ***But I don't know when or if I'll hear back from ZazzleI also put in a "dispute a charge" on the credit card I usedI emailed photos of the product after I unwrapped itMy order id: ***

I paid for expedited shipping from zazzle*** ** November 26th with an allowance of day processingThe shipping GAURANTEE that I paid for was 6-business daysIt has now been almost weeks and the order hasn't been shipped yet - only that a shipping label has begun but it is not in the hands of UPS which is the carrier that has been paid for this shipmentWhen I called the company they informed me that this is because I have chosen to ship to Canada without using the Canadian domainHowever, no where on the website does it say that there is an additional wait to ship to Canada....my email still says that I should have expected it within 6-business days and when I checked out there was no warning or option to switch to a canadian domainI still do not have this product and the company is not handling thisThey will not issue me a refund even though they are practicing sleazey business tactics by having "fine print" in their check out process that they do not disclose with co

I placed two orders with ZazzleThe first was placed Dec1st and was to arrive by Dec13th (at the latest)When it had not arrived by the 16th, I wrote to the company and was told that as soon as they had more information they would get back to meThey let me know on the 20th that they would ship it overnight at no extra cost to me(WOW! Thanks for already getting it to me over a WEEK late!) Then when it arrived - the order was BLANKThey had not printed the picture or message on the front of the bodysuit for my GoddaughterThat meant no surprise gift for herI'm not going to give her a white plain bodysuitThanks for NOTHING except costing me money ZazzleI will NOT be using you again

Zazzle is great for personalized gifts and reasonably pricedRecipients are always dazzled And Zazzle handled a return I had excellently, which I very much appreciated

Today marks weeks since my order for shirts and I still haven't received themI needed them for a BBQ over the weekend and I thought that weeks would be plenty of time In the passed My orders always came quick I have spent $with zazzle in the last years but their customer service has gone way downI have contacted them but I haven't got any help at all I would order somewhere else

Very poor service and even worse customer serviceThey made an error on my order as it would not process and then entered it five timesAfter an hour on customer service chat, I was told it was corrected but in fact they deleted ALL of my order and I never received itAfter another contact again to make it right the customer service reptold me she would have them printed the same day and mailed expressThen she sent me an email saying they would come the mailing method as my original order which was not expressMy order was placed 11/and it is 12/and I still don't have my order They messed up, not once but twice and then liedDon't every use them

I ordered a shirt from Zazzle one year agoI was charged $*** for a Zazzle Black Membership days laterOne year later I was charged $*** again for the Black Membership with no reminder or warning that it would renewI asked for a refund but was refused

Today marks a week late of all my orders (5) with this companyNo customer service reaching out or even an email to say when they will be here This has held up all of my shipng things out for the holidayThis has happend in the past but I thought I would give them another chance
My take away is don't trust they will ship anywhere near the date they give you

I've ordered from Zazzle numerous times over the last four years and have been very pleased in all but one instance and that was a product that was inferior for my imageThat was never resolved to my satisfactionHowever, I've placed so many CUSTOMIZED orders that came out just perfect! Their products make unique gifts and give aways for my start up business

I ordered wedding invitations and RSVPsShould be a simple request for a printing company right? Two graphics were shifted and off center when I received the RSVPs; which I had a photo of the final product right before I ordered them from sending to my guy for approvalAlso about 1/of the invitations were cut very poorly and some tornThey gave me absolute hell about getting the RSVPs fixed, sent duplicate WRONG ones in the meantimeThen finally after days of *** poor communication with them and negotiations I was finally allowed to order the corrected RSVPsThey gave me free rush shipping for the hassleWell, days go by, the delivery date came and wentI emailed them, their machine broke and they can't make themThey have a day satisfaction guaranteeI want to ship EVERYTHING back to them and get a full refund and their customer service rep hasn't responded to my requestIt's been daysI just want my money back so I can get MATCHING invitations and RSVPs somewhe

A year ago I used Zazzle ONE TIME to order cardsThey offered me Zazzle Black for one year at $which was cheaper than the shipping price I would have paid for the cards I was orderingNow I come to find out that they are charging me YEARLY even though I have not used the service since thenI contacted Zazzle to request that the service be canceled and the new $charge be refundedIt is not clear that you are signing an agreement that you need to opt-out of autopay!

On 12/03/2017, I placed an order with Zazzle for custom productsOn 12/11/2017, I received a package containing another customer's orderOn 12/11/2017, I submitted an online notification to Zazzle regarding the incorrect items receivedOn 12/12/2017, I received an e-mail from Thelma at Zazzle indicating a replacement order would be sentOn 12/18/2017, I e-mailed Zazzle to inquire about the status of the replacement orderOn 12/18/2017, I received an e-mail from Thelma at Zazzle indicating the replacement order was still in progressOn 12/19/2017, I called Zazzle and spoke with Joan who informed me that the replacement order was still in progress and that it has not been shipped yetThe product page on the website indicates that the product is ready within business daysIt has been more than business days (it has been business days) since Zazzle was aware of their error and the products have not been shipped yet

I am very impressed with the efficiency zazzle got my order done and shipped Excellent work! I am placing another order through them I had an issue, due to me not the company, and they are resolving thank you!

I will NEVER order anything through Zazzle EVER again and I will make sure that none of my friends or family ever do eitherI ordered programs two weeks before my wedding and was told they would be delivered here by the Wednesday beforeThe Sunday before I got an email saying that they were ready to be shipped and would be delivered in 5-business days which would be the day before or two days after my weddingNot okEspecially when I initially was told they would be here in timeI called and was on the phone for AN HOUR dealing with customer service trying to get the issue fixedThey said they would send replacements since the first batch had already shipped and wouldnt be here in timeThey said the replacements could take 3-days to shipso they still wouldnt be to me in timeThe women was going to see if they could hurry up the printing process to get them to me on timeShe said she would email me with updates through the dayI NEVER heard back from herEven after sending her multiple emailsI ended up requesting a refund and now I'm scrambling to get programs made days before my weddingI would NOT recommend Zazzle to anyone
