They are wonderful to work with I've done several projects on their site and needed to work with customer service several times They resolve all issues and stand behind their products One arrived with a small flaw I got a replacement shipped to me within days, plenty of time for Christmas, and they didn't want the flawed one back Another time, I had to get help knowing what size to get on something They were very knowledgeable and cheerful and their suggestion was perfect I love this company

Zazzle has products that I can't find elsewhere at there prices They have been diligent in making sure my product is shipped properly

Zazzl*** has the best customer support I have ever seenThey absolutely stand by their claim that if a customer is not 100% satisfied, they will refund or replace the itemThey are a truly reputable company that sincerely cares about their customersI highly recommend them

My first experience with Zazzle was horrifyingI ordered wedding shower invitations on December 21, thinking it was plenty of time for the February 17th eventOn December 29th I received invitations - for somebody else's event in Seattle, and the packing slip was for a different order altogetherI emailed immediately and later that evening got a response asking for photos of the orderThat put me three days behind, since it was now Friday evening with a holiday on MondayI sent pics and they reorderedI was promised the order no later than January 5thNo invitationsThey revised the date to January 8thStill no packageI called and talked to a CS rep who actually showed concern, ordered a reprint and shipping on a "code red" basis and said I would have the invitations by this FridayThe lost package arrived today, January 10thThe printing is so-soNot bright like the picture, but faded outI will never use this company again

I was very unhappy not only with my products but with the way customer service responded to my concernsAfter talking with customer service I *do* have a better understanding of how Zazzle works -- and would not make the same ordering mistake twice -- but what I've learned is basically that they don't care if their products are cheap or that descriptions are misleadingThere are a number of ways they could improve product descriptions and increase customer satisfaction, but every response I got from customer service amounted to "Sure, but Zazzle doesn't care enough to bother." The free returns they offer, their "100% satisfaction guarantee", is a joke because they know that for most people it's not worth paying $return shipping for a $box of disappointing thank you cards (or whatever)They misrepresent products and are counting on you being too busy/lazy/frustrated to demand a refundFor the uninitiated, Zazzle is a site that offers printed products designed by multiple user-designers (meaning anyone can sign up for an account as a designer and sell "custom" business cards, greeting cards, tote bags, mugs, etc)Similar to Cafe PressI ordered several products from one designer, which were all labeled as "Kraft paper" with "gold foil"NONE of the products I received (gift tags, business cards, stickers, labels) had gold foil printingPlease note that the products were not described as "imitation gold foil" or "gold foil effect" but rather simply represented as gold foil on kraft paperZazzle customer service responded by telling me they do not sell "metal" business cards and that product titles should not be used to determine what the product actually is (the customer service rep seemed to have zero understanding of what gold foil stamping is and that it is VERY common for stationary and does not involve "metal")Strangely, SOME of the items actually did come on kraft paperOthers came on white paper printed to look like kraft paperThe inconsistency is confusing and makes it hard for the consumer to anticipate what type of product they are ACTUALLY gettingIn both the case of the "gold foil" and the "kraft paper", the imitation/effect was extremely poorly executed, not a reasonable facsimile of the real thingWhen I suggested to zazzle that they implement some sort of quality control or design oversight to prevent their freelance designers from misrepresenting products, the response was simply that they allow their designers "freedom" to name items whatever they wantSo, they are giving their designers the freedom to mislead or straight up lie to customersApparently Zazzle would have no problem with me designing and selling a business card that's black type on white paper but giving it a title/description of "Solid Gold Truck with Flower Garland" or whateverAnd when the customer complains, Zazzle will tell them I have the "freedom" to represent my design however I wantI would not shop there again under any circumstances

Each poster I ordered was from a different artist and were different sizes, small and largeBut all of them arrived in poor qualityOne poster was a detailed world mapThe only legible words are the large country and city namesAnother poster was a periodic table, with each side cropped off and chunks of ink missingThe third was a botanical mushroom poster that was super blurryThe last was a solar system chart with the top cropped off
In Zazzles promotional emails, they say satisfaction is guaranteedBut when I sent them pictures and asked for a refund, I was begrudgingly offered a credit of the sale price I paid so I can apply that to order the posters again at a HIGHER PRICEYes, they want more money to replace them!
When I asked how I could be sure I wouldn't get more blurriness and cropping, they offered to have someone actually look at the posters before shipping them this time!
Never again will I shop there!

I ordered a watch on here with a celebrity friend on the watch, they gave me express permissions as well as I had the copyrights to the photo as well as the guitar featured in itThey cancelled my order and said I was violating copyrightto the copyright I own!
They can randomly decide to cancel your order if they don't like it Not because it violates anything but simply because they put a over opinionated person in charge of their reviewingVery unfair and stupid!

I’m not quite sure what this company is doing but I’ve had to return things numerous times only to keep getting the wrong thingI attach pictures of proof as to what my confirmation order says and how I receive something totally differentAlthough they seem willing to fix the problem, I never got an apology for their mistake and I’m hestitant to reorder again because both times the order says one thing and the packing slip and order are completely differentThe quality of their print shirts are not crisp at all and they take a really long time to ship compared to competitors

Uncooperative with refunding an auto renewal I opted out for last year! This company is just scamming and it's ridiculousInstead of refunding me they want to give me a credit for a future purchase as if I will EVER order from them again!

I placed an order online on 01/04/Prior to completing the order I received pindicating that by enrolling in Zazzle Black for $I would be able to expedite my order and receive it by 01/06/I emailed Zazzle Customer Support on 01/09/to obtain the status of my order since I did not receive it by the promised dateI was informed my order was "queued for shipment" and was provided a UPS tracking numberIn light of the fact that Zazzle did not deliver my order by the expected date, I requested that I be refunded the $enrollment fee and was told they could only provide an account credit for future purchasesI do not think it is right that I be held to terms of the Zazzle Black contract when Zazzle has not upheld their end of the contract
