I ordered stickers and payed for expedited shipping When they didn't arrive on time I quickly asked for a refund of my shipping costs They immediately responded and said they would refund my shipping Almost weeks later I still haven't received my items I have sent two emails and though they responded quickly, I was told that I would receive my refund "in good time" and they couldn't give me a delivery date because they were just too backed up I needed these for my business and now I won't have them in time Not great customer serviceWill not use them again

Appallingly bad company to deal with- still waiting after days for a promised refundSearch "zazzle complaints" via google - seems I'm not alone!

Last year I used zazzle*** to order things for my weddingI subscribed to a service that gave me discounted shipping ratesSince this was so long ago, there must have been a auto renew section that I honestly didn't remember being that it was a crazy timeIt's been a year and I was not sent any reminder of an upcoming renewal period where $was going to be charged to my credit cardMost companies do thisWhen I was alerted by my credit card company there was a charge today, I called the company immediately to have it reversed as I have no need for the service and honestly can't afford right now to have an extra charge for thisThey would not refund the moneyNo services have been used and won't be and it was just charged todaythis is very poor service and most companies would reverse a charge that just happenedI want my money and this service cancelled

I ordered a tee shirt with an airplane on it for my pilot husbandWhat arrived was a tee shirt that says "I "heart" spotted $#*!" with a drawing of a spotted $#*!Not exactly the ideal Christmas giftSince they hide their customer service phone number, I sent and email and received an auto response saying I would hear from them within 48-hoursNothingI finally found the phone number but ended up having to leave a messageAfter several emails and calls all I have been told that I can keep, donate or discard the shirt I was sent - no mention of the shirt I ordered and paid forThen to top it off, I had signed up for Zazzle BlackI will never do business with them again, so I canceledThey told me that I canceled one day too lateMy assessment is that *** Customer Support Hero is a zero just like this company

Zazzle claims I signed up for their ridiculous “Black Shipping” & since I failed to cancel it within the day trial they withdrew money from my account through PayPal which resulted in an overdraft charge of $37.00! I survive on my SS fixed income & I would never sign up for such nonsense as I am financially unable to splurge on shoppingPlus how could I cancel something I didn’t sign up for?! They refuse to even consider to reimburse their ripoff mistakeI’d appreciate any & all suggestions/ assistance with this matter if possibleThank you for your time, patience, & knowledge of helping retired/hard working citizens

Order never receivedCredit card was chargedNo contact with customer service explaining the recent delayOrder showed shipped and then returnedHowever, I never received the itemWaited on hold minutes and then minutes for a customer service representativeWas told I would receive an e-mailNever didCustomer service not taking calls until 1/3/

First off the date was wrong on the invitations I ordered I've been trying for a week straight to get a hold of someone so I can get the right invitations orderedSo far all I am is out money for the sy invitations I've gotDefinitely do not recommend themTheir customers service is horribleI'm out money on this and no one is trying to help me at this company

I've done business with this company since June and as hard as it is to get great customer service these days...this is exactly what I've received each and every time I've done business with them I've had to have invitations redone through no fault of ZAZZLE, totally my fault and they have resolved the issue each and every time with no cost to me I cannot say enough good things about Zazzle and I have absolutely NOTHING negative to say I say to them...KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!

This place is a scam, when I ordered my custom shirt it kept taking me back to proceed to check out Subsequently, shirts were ordered opposed to 1! Then when I go to review order it stats that no orders were made So they got paid times, and don't have to supply the product! How is this legal? Customer service is no help, the payments made are final but without their obligation to ship the shirt that there website shows doesn't exsist! It states arrives before Christmas yet when I checked out it said it would take a year to ship! Lord help this company go out of business and reimbursement for all people who trusted them!

I have been receiving the same email from Zazzle Support every half hour for over a week with no end in sightMy emails to them about the problem have received no responseEvery time I call, I am told that the computer glitch will be resolved shortlyThis has been going on since April 28, It is now May 6, 2016, which means I have received nearly emails from themI just want it to stop

zazzle promised refund but will not actually do it
I have sent over emails and have tried to ring them and provided all information they have asked for but they are just ignoring me

I ordered two custom patriotic trucker hats from this website with taseful text against criminal illegal aliensUnfortunately this company believes enforcing or supporting our immigration laws is discriminatoryGuess thats to be expected from a California companyThey quickly refused to make the hats and cancled the order

I signed up for Zazzle Black and received a day free trialWhen I signed up, I was told that I would receive an email prior to the day trial being up in case I wanted to cancelI never received an email and was charged $for the yearly feeI contacted customer service on November 5, (the same day I was charged) and after numerous emails back and forth was informed on November 7, that I would receive a refund of the $within days (no explanation of why it would take that long)I emailed numerous times after this inquiring to when I would receive my refund and the answer was always it can take up to daysIt has now been over days and when I contacted customer service to ask where my refund is, the only response I received is that I need to contact my financial institutionI replied requesting the date the refund was issued and also for a supervisors name and contact information and have not received a response

Unreliable log on to web site where personal content and created items are storedI have never been able to log on to the iOS appConventional password assistance steps fail 100% of the timeCustomer service assistance is poor at best

I ordered thank you cardsIt was my first time using ZazzleThe cards came on time and they exceeded my expectationsI will definitely use Zazzle.*** again

Horrible serviceOrdered a simple hat that was in stock, supposedly, at the time of the orderA month passed by with no word or update on the orderFinally called and was on hold for over minutesWas finally told that the bob and thread used for the hats was out of stock, but they would push my order up in the que, and update my shipping to expedited shippingA week more passed by with no updateSo I called today to find out all of a sudden, the hat is out of stockWill never order anything from this company again

I ordered invitations and didn’t receive the correct amountThe invites that I DID receive had black markings all over the white paper and were unable to be sent outI contacted the company and they promised to have them shipped out ASAP (customer service was quick to get back to me and eager to help) but they still haven’t comeI wound up having to order invitations from a different site (that managed to be sent to me before me replacement zazzle invites did) otherwise the invites would’ve went out too lateI’ve contacted my bank to get my money back, seeing as I wasn’t able to use the invites since they never sent the correct amount, and what WAS sent was damaged

I became a seller at Zazzle in Have made the company in the hundreds of thousands of dollars Have had issues over the years with a forum and moderators who are indifferent to many personally and have gone on banning spree's and insult and post about the person on the forums they do not like ( I have hundreds of these posts)Three of my so bans from the forum were lied about saying it was my browser My last one something for a reply I got from support I posted to answer a forum question was told I could not do that and was banned from the forum, no biggy many are,However, almost a year later, I tried to contact a member of the forum as I cannot post there about a post I thought she wrote same name (only two people with this name) and was asking her about another place we worked online which is talked about all the time in the forums, with no objection from Zazzle Accidently I sent it to the wrong person same name and it was sent through the artists store (Contact Seller link) It also contained concerns on the forum about referrals not being credited but give to Zazzle another concern of many artists Again publically both issues are talked about on the forumSo Zazzle after years sent me a email saying my stores of over 5,products hand designed were removed for what they claim was "Poaching" I wrote the person I thought I had and found out it was not her So I wrote the person a amends and that the message was not meant for her, I also spoke to the person it was intended for and she confirmed we had in the past talked about this other company and I was not poaching her eitherSeveral years ago they took down thousands of my designs that they never again gave me the chance to discus I had to fight for days for them to stop and listen to my side And was allowed to put them back up but it was to late I lost years of rankings and never was able to recoup I went on did not cause any problems about it or look for legal remedy But this again is showing they have it in for me personallyAfter sending this to Zazzle they have refused to review it, and now refuse to send me my pending earnings and a doc on all earnings I have made for my records as I can no longer see them/
I am pursuing legal action and that person in the process of contacting the owners if Zazzle does not reply within a time frame we have established giving them more than enough time to reinstate my years of work and earnings as seniors we need , worked hard for and depended onThis is total disparate treatment which we are giving Zazzle the benefit of the doubt as being unintentional treatment until we can conclude they are not going to answer which so far have notIt is shameful what they have done to a year old man and he is not alone, have seen this happen to several people they just do not like

Outstanding operation, dependable service, fast and responsive customer service on the rare occasion when something goes wrong

My experiences in using Zazzle to complete my designs has gotten better and better each yearThe quality of the finished products has always been excellent to where I've reordered someShipping is very fast nowThe cost of products for most of them is good - very fairDigital technicalities are better and Zazzle takes suggestions wellI'm always excited to receive my orders and to give the gifts produced by Zazzle
