I had an extremely positive experience with customer serviceNella was very patient and walked me thru every stepI will definitely use Zazzle again!!

I have earned about $on ZazzleThere is a benchmark of $in sales in order to be paid out AND once a year sales are to be sent regardless of amount accruedI have never been paid in four years from ZazzleI recently deleted my account at Zazzle, thinking that would release the fundsMy account is STILL activeHowever, now I can't login, I just attempted to reset my password twiceI called corporate headquarters last week and left a messageNo reply.***

Awful awfulMy order has not been delivered as promisedI have spoken to people, who can't give me an answerCan't even tell me when the order will be made/shippedI have been put on hold for plus minutes with out of the peopleEmail reply is always the sameWill never order again from this company

I've given Zazzle three chances - and will not order from them againFirst, I ordered a t-shirt that looked like something I could have done myself The company remade the shirt quickly and it was okaySecond, I ordered invitations and paid for expedited shipping The invitations were received late - after emailing back and forth and getting credited for the shippingThird, invitations again I ordered them based on the information that they would be received the first week of November After emailing customer service, they expedited shipping and I was told I would have them on the 6th I then received a message from OnTrac that they would be here by the end of the day on the 7th I received them on the 8th - with no envelopes I had to purchase envelopes so I could send them out (I couldn't wait for them to send envelopes)While the product itself may be good, customer service begins when the ordered is placed - and Zazzle's customer service is lacking

I sent an email to cancel Zazzle Black within minutes of mistakenly hitting the button after I saw a confirmation of payment from PayPal You won't cancel and refund This is like "gotcha!" You hit the button and we're keeping the $ This is how you make your money? It's so very sad

Do NOT use Zazzle(Use *** or some other company, I wish I did!) I also regretfully did not read all of these reviews otherwise I clearly wouldn't have purchased from themBut, here I am now writing a review about how TERRIBLE this company isSo, if you are here reading reviews to decide whether or not to purchase anything from them, DO NOT DO ITTheir customer service is non existent and perhaps the worst I have ever dealt with...however, I technically never "dealt" with them since they IGNORED my emailsI especially do not recommend someone using them for time sensitive items like save-the-dates or wedding invitationsBut, if you don't mind waiting months to get your product (even though it says 5-days shipping) and can handle being ignored by the company and love being frustrated, then by all means, order something from Zazzle, I dare youHere was the problem I experienced:
I ordered products from zazzle in one online order placed on the 12th of the monthThe first item shipped on the 14th; I received tracking information from USPS that it was in route as well as an email from zazzle that it was on it's wayThe following day the second item shipped, and two days thereafter the third item shippedSo, here I am waiting for all three packages to be delivered at all different timesAs I checked the tracking for the packages each day, I could see their movement closer to my addressHowever, I noticed that item #had no longer made movement, and was stuck in the same city for two days nowSo, I emailed Zazzle right away about this concern because it is my experience that when a package no longer updates it's location, it is lost in the mail Their response? Keep waitingOkay, maybe I was being a little impatient, so I decided to give it more timeFinally, a package arrives at my door, but it was item #2, which arrived the 20thThen two or so days later, item #arrivedSo, I once again checked the tracking for package #and for about or days now it had made NO movement(Anyone with a brain would know this package is lost in the mail)So, I once again contact Zazzle telling them I have not received item #and sent them a screen shot of the USPS tracking showing them it has made no movementI asked them if they could track it and determine it's whereabouts or if they could send another one because I felt it was lost in the mailTheir response? It has not been long enough and their records indicate that the package wasn't even mailed/shipped until the 19thWHAT? So, I sent them a screen shot of the USPS tracking showing it CLEARLY left the 14thEven worse, I sent them a screen shot of THEIR email to me saying it shipped the 14th and their own website stating that it left the 14thIn the email with those screen shots I asked them to clarify and explain why they think it was the 19th that it leftTheir response? NONEThey never responded to that emailSo, after two days of no response, I went back onto Zazzle's website and sent them a new complaint from thereTheir response? The package was sent the 19th and I need to wait more days to see if it gets delivered (because that would be the 7th delivery day)I AGAIN email them back asking them to explain why they think it shipped the 19th and send all the proof I had of it leaving the 14thTheir response? NONEIgnored againTwo days later, and still no package, I got a random email from them stating they are going to re-submit the order, which takes two days to do, and then I will receive an email when it is sentDoes anyone else notice the contradiction here? They said I still had to wait days for it to reach the "7th" delivery day but only days later they decide to re-submit the orderSo, I placed the order on the 12th, it was mailed the 14th, and on the 28th I got the email saying they are going to resubmit the orderThat is DOUBLE the amount of time it should have takenEven excluding weekends, they should have re-submitted the order by the 23rdSo, it is now the 30th of the month and they have still not mailed out the new onesBy the time they re-make and mail them, to the time I finally get them delivered, it will be close to a month after I originally ordered the itemWOWAnd who is to say I even get them! I am still waitingDO NOT waste your timeI should have just made them refund my money and ordered from another companyPerhaps if I order from a new company and place my order today, I will still get those faster than the ones I am waiting on from ZazzleWhat a jokeI am fortunate enough to be waiting on cards for my bridesmaids and not something more important like invitations or save-the-datesCould you purchase something from them and have no problems? Sure, maybeBut is it worth taking the chance? I don't think soEspecially when there are so many other companies that are much more reliableWhy risk ordered from them? Especially since their products are generally used by customers such as brides, who should NOT have to be experiencing problems like thisThey have hundreds of other things to be worrying aboutIn all, that was my first and last time purchasing something from this company

I noticed unauthorized charge in my credit card that came from Zazzle.com as of Oct I wrote a message to its customer service mentioning specifically that I thought to was scam and it came from Zazzle*** I had nothing to do with Zazzle for a year already and I did not even login in my account with themIn response Zazzle.com sent me a meaningless boilerplate message with just non-senseThey disregarded my claim boy the possible scam and they did not refunded meWhat a cr.py business that Zazzle is! And what a wastage of time on dealing with their so called customer service!

I called the customer service about a auto renewal charge I did not authorizeHe told me that the fee was nonrefundable with the trialI reviewed my email and I did not receive an email reminder of the renewalThey are charging my account with out my knowledgeI do remember signing up for day trial but not for a yearly subscriptionThey fail to make customer service as number oneThis is after I spent $on their product
They need to fix how they do businessApparently, their system does not have issues charging annually but has issues reminding clients for the yearly charge
A company with a bad mission and vision is not worth working with

On March 18th, I purchased baby shower invitations (Order ID:***) that came with a typoI contacted the company requesting a credit expecting to send them backI received an email from Shauna of customer support on March 26th, stating that instead of sending back the invites, they would credit my accountI assumed this meant my bank account so we reordered our invitationsAfter realizing they credited my Zazzle account, I requested that my second order (Order ID: ***) be canceledI spoke with a customer service representative by the name of*, who informed me that my bank account would be refundedI never received this refund and reached out to the company again and was told it would be 7-business day for the date the order was cancelled (Monday, March 26th)I have not received a refund and have called several times to address this issueThe representative I spoke with yesterday asked me to wait until the end of the dayI received a

Exceptionally efficient and business appropriate service

Arann at Zazzle handled my query with prompt professionalism I ordered key chains, which never arrived Zazzle graciously and promptly granted my requested refund
on rating them, could only go as high as 10/but they deserved a 100/for excellent customer service

I needed to order some prints with an urgent matterI had the option to choose from $for a day delivery or for $a “zazzle black” membership that includes a day shipping for a year., so just in case, a chose the latterMy order arrived days later with an excuse of being late and a discount coupon for next time, and the $I paid for shipping? No refunds they said

Zazzle is a great company with easy design process, fast turnaround, and expedited shipping! Only downside is they do not accept all major forms of credit cards, but do accept PayPal

I ordered a Christmas pillow to say Williams Family What I received just says Wagner Tried several times to get a refund and they will only do a store credit You can only communicate through emails and it takes 1-days to hear back Very disappointed because this was a Christmas present Will not order from them again

SECOND EXPERIENCE: A Christmas order for my son who lives in another state was guaranteed to be delivered on 12/I placed the order on 12/and paid extra for Express ShippingAfter the order was confirmed, I clicked on the tracking link to double-check, and saw for the first time a message that it would take 2-days to process this order, because it was a white design on blackHowever it said the express delivery date would be 12/On 12/an email arrived saying the order would not be delivered by ChristmasThere was an option to cancelI cancelled the order and my son received no gift from me for ChristmasTo compound their shadiness, they will not refund my charge card!!! Their store policy is just to give a store creditNowhere was this indicated when I placed the orderFIRST EXPERIENCE: A year ago I ordered a tee-shirt from ZazzleThey sent the wrong tee-shirtI should not have given them a second chance this time

I was serviced by Pratik who provided me with all the time and attention and PATIENCE required in getting my order correctNot once did he get annoyed or make me feel anything but that I was an important customer in need of assistance which he provided in a non rushed mannerThis is the second time I have ordered with this company and after this experience I am sure to order with them int he future

Beware of this website! When you check out they will sneak in a subscription to their Zazzle Black service without mentioning the fees associated with itThey'll wait until a year later when you have no idea and will then charge you for it, even if you haven't used itI notified them of the problem and the fact that I hadn't agreed to the charge within minutes of them putting it through and was told point blank that they wouldn't refund a penny, even though the service hadn't been usedI could understand it if I had actually been making purchases and saved money because of it, but I literally hadn't even logged on the site in a yearIt's completely dishonestI will not be purchasing anything else from this dishonest company, and would urge you to be careful of it as well

Thank you very much for a superb customer service response Most of the problem was my own fault for not fully checking the parameters involved in creating my own design I am now very familiar with it and will be more confident the next time , not only in my ability to use your system but also in knowing I am in an unusually helpful and responsive customer service environment If I were the CEO of *** I would headhunt the whole department immediately!

I have used this company and been satisfied for several yearsWHAT HAPPENED? They are HORRIBLE to deal with now I will never return and if I don't get a refund, I'll be out nearly $but there is no way I will ever place another order with them Should not even get ONE star
