I STILL have not received my RSVP cards for my wedding, and they will not even give me a refundThey sent me the wrong order then lost my orderI have been told the correct order will ship for over a week nowEvery time I call which is every other day they tell me the order hasn't shipped but can't do anything about itI have asked to speak to a manager three times, ad they will not let meThey LITERALLY ruined my weddingCalling them does absolutely no goodThey farm all orders out to third party vendorsI wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemyThe don't work weekends and have very specific hours

I would definitely give this company a rating They are awesome to work with and helped me out with a delivery problem I had They are great and I will be doing business with them again, for sure

I ordered invitations for a bridal shower on December 9, I received an email on December that my order was shippedI received an order (not bridal shower invites-I received body wash exfoliate) on December I emailed their customer service as their customer service phone line was closed for the holiday until January 2, Initially they said they would have the invites out with upgraded shipping within 2-business daysThen at day 3, I asked for an order update, and they said they were working on itThey said that it would be out before today (January 2) but it still is not shipped and they could not tell me when it would be shippedI asked to speak to a manager and was not able to speak to oneI just cancelled the order and now will go order the invites on a more reliable serviceA “1” Star is giving them too many starsThey get a Star from meWhat a waste of time!

Zazzle is an excellent company
My order was processed quickly but unfortunately it got lost during shipping
I emailed Customer Service at Zazzle and received a reply in less than hours
They processed my order again and shipped it to me at no extra charge
I have never received such Excellent Customer Service from another company

My wife ordered over $worth of wedding invitationsBlank envelopes arrived on the first shipment but not the actual invitationsWe were promised that they were printed and would be day shipped (that was several weeks ago)Long story short, after several new promised shipped dates, we have not seen the actual invitationsAt one point we were even given a bogus tracking number that couldn't be used to track anything (the order didn't exist)We needed these invitations several weeks agoAfter several calls there is no resolution just many broken promises

I received boxes that I ordered from Zazzle on on 7/and they were delivered to me on 7/25- Order number ***The product was the Forever Box at $4.95/eachof the boxes were damagedI sent an email with pictures of the damaged boxes to Zazzle on 7/31/and then sent pictures per their request on 8/2/On 8/I received the following email response: This email is to inform you that we will be forwarding a replacement request to our production department for initiationThis replacement will be shipped using the courier service selected at the time of your original purchase, so you should receive the package in due time, based on the shipping estimates projected with your initial orderPlease note that changes made to your order may not be reflected in your automatic confirmation email, but rest assured that the changes have been made and your replacement item will be on its way shortlyThank you for your patience, and thanks for using Zazzle.*** ***

I ordered a clock from this pathetic website, and I wanted it before ChristmasIt said it was shipping from Arizona, which is 12-hours awayIt took them weeks to deliver, and then when I called to inquire about the whereabouts, their phone recording said that they're gone for the holidays, so basically they couldn't care less about my order
A company is always supposed to have someone respond when customers are inquiring about their order, especially during Christmas
I have never had a company that I bought something from tell me through an automated recording that "we're spending time with our loved ones, we'll get back to you after the holidays."
If it was an eBay user, then I would understand, but a company is supposed to get my order to me on time, and they're supposed to answer me when I callThe tracking number wouldn't show anything
I will NEVER again buy something from Zazzle
Go to hell Zazzle with your incredibly pathetic, backwards, and outrageously inconsiderate customer service

Poor place to do business, days to get a credit back on your credit card account
And the customer service talks to you like with no respect

Their customer service is amazing and prompt Great products and qualityI've recommended them to numerous friends

I ordered birthday invitations for my daughters first birthday and received an empty package with blank envelopes two weeks later I called and was told that they would reprint the item and expedite shipping so that I would receive it since it was time sensitive Once I didn't receive it I called again and was told that the issue was their production facility that they hadn't printed them out and mailed them yet I was told that they were going to call them make sure they printed them that day and ship them next day so I would receive them once again I did not receive the invitations On my third call I asked for a status and again was told the production facility did not print my invites I canceled the order and had to place a new order with a more reliable website and pay for expedited shipping Upon searching reviews online I found three other customers had this exact same scenario happened to them in the same month receiving empty packages Save yourself the time and the energy do not order from this website

Horrible company, DO NOT ORDERThey messed up with shipping, so I didn’t receive my Valentine’s Day orderI was assured I would recieve my order by Valentine’s Day or my money would be refundedI haven’t received my order and they are refusing to refund my moneyDO NOT ORDER FROM ZAZZLE!

This is the most incompetent internet-order site I've ever encounteredI placed an order on 12/and on 12/received a shipping notification...so far so goodWhen the item had not arrived by 12/12, I called, waited interminably on hold but eventually connected to a customer service rep who had no idea where the item wasUpon some research by the rep, it appeared that the item purchased had not actually been shipped or had been lost after the shipping label was producedI agreed to re-place the order and the rep told me the order would be prioritized and would ship out within a day or two with express delivery at no additional chargeThis never happenedI made calls on the 17th, 19th and 21st, again waiting about minutes on hold each time before speaking to a human beingEach time I was told the order was in processOn 12/the rep (***) supposedly called the production department and placed a "code red" on the order, meaning, he claimed, that it would be produced by end of day and sent same day or next day by expressWhen I still had not received my order on 12/21, I spoke to a customer rep (***) who ascertained that the item had not yet shipped and she had no idea when it would come, if everI cancelled the order because it was by now too late to be of use as a Christmas gift that I had to send on to the ultimate recipientI requested a refund but it has so far not appeared in my bank accountThe only favorable thing I can say about this itic process (and ridiculously incompetent company) is that the phone reps were polite and friendly (although sounding scripted) albeit clueless and unable to actually help me

(1) On Sept14, 2016, I placed an order for three different stickersOne of which was cut incorrectly because it was sized improperly by default on their websiteI contacted the company and provided proof of the mishapI was told by customer service that I could get a refund or replacement with a credit on my accountI was only given a credit to cover half of the replacement cost, not including shipping, which itself was 20% more expensive than the cost of the sticker(2) I requested a refund in lieu of a credit because I was not willing to pay twice to get what I orderedI was denied a refund and told that I would receive free "premium shipping." I took a couple of months to decide whether it was worth working with them again and whether I'd use the creditWell, I made an order for some gifts on December 5, (3) I did not receive the "premium shipping" as promised for the second orderThe delivery date estimate was the same amount of time as my first order which was sent

This company is a complete scam STAY AWAY! I ordered caps (total: $360.67) with a custom logo on 8/18/ On 10/2, I received an email saying that they could not complete my order, due to "unforeseen circumstances"I cancelled the order using their procedure, i.e., emailThe emailed cancellation confirmation said my refund would be credited within "to business days" On 10/I received a credit of only $ It should have been for the entire order amount, since I never received any item from my order The order # was ***

Do not order Christmas cards from Zazzle if you want them on timeI ordered mine on Dec Expected delivery Dec 15-I called on Dec and they hadn't even started making my order, which was only cards by the wayThey said they would work with production and have their supervisor working on this to get them done sometime in the remaining hours of the business day but they failedThat was a Friday so it wasn't until yesterday (Monday the 19th) that the cards were finished and sent out for shipmentThey upgraded me to one day delivery, but that's really THE LEAST they could doSo these cards are arriving sometime today, with a slim chance that I'll receive them and get them mailed out in time to be picked up todaySo some of my cards are going to be lateThanks a lotI never got an explanation about why my order of only cards was delayed in the first place or why they couldn't get them done then on Friday with almost an entire business day leftI truly believe I was put on the backburner for using a groupon, and I believe that "working with production" and "having a lead supervisor work on it" are things they just say to try to make you feel better

Zazzle was wonderful and resolved my problem promptly and generously!

I ordered customized T-shirts from ZazzleIt was an easy process, they arrived days later and they are exactly what I wanted

I purchased an order online from Dazzle in DecemberThere was a charge for $on my credit card today, which I was told was for something called Zazzle Black (free shipping for a year)I was notified of this charge by email the day it charged, not prior, to tell me this charge was happeningI am upset because there was no correspondence prior to the day my card was charged and the cstomer service emailed response was there was nothing she could doI feel ripped off, honestly
