Based on call review the replacement will be authorized, however, Samsung cannot process a replacement without a valid credit card hold The hold would be released once the original device is returned.Please also note that Samsung does not keep a regular inventory of product, and the replacement may have to be ordered If an order is required the replacement cannot ship until Samsung actually receives it.If you have not already received contact an agent will be in direct contact with your regarding the exchange.Thank you
