Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to his dishwasher Our system shows the agent handling his claim spoke with him on 4/11/to offer him a refund Mr [redacted] told the agent he wanted an exchange however he would be out of the country until 4/17/and will proceed with the exchange upon his arrival back to the states In the meantime, the agent submitted an exchange request; reference Txt# [redacted] for the unit to start the process until Mr [redacted] returned On 4/17/an ENR agent contacted Mr [redacted] and advised him to hold onto the unit and not dispose of it because the trucking company will be picking it upThe agent further advised Mr [redacted] that he will receive a call from the trucking company within 7-business daysThe trucking company will deliver the unit and an installer will be on hand to install it at time of deliveryMr [redacted] was also advised to contact Samsung immediately if there are any problems with the unit upon delivery or installationWe apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I feel that if I allow Samsung's Repair in re-enforcing the Washer Top doesn't work out and the washer shakes apart anyway, I would end up without other optionsI've been told if I sign off on the repair, I will forfeit any other remedy in the future if the government tells Samsung this should be a mandatory RECALLThe representative could not promise in writing that I would have other remedy options if something happens if the washer breaks apart (Blows UP) from the time of the repair if I chose that repair! I've also been told by a Samsung Representative they would only give a $rebate towards another washer when that probably won't even cover the cost of a low end washer (Which I don't want!!) I paid $for my matching set at ***s and already had to replace a Belt on my matching Samsung Dryer just last month! I've only owned both for just over a year! I also paid $for that Dryer! I would like for Samsung to do the right thing and buy my washer back or give me a rebate for the the entire amount so I can purchase a Different Samsung Washer or upgrade my washer for a Front Loading Samsung Washer! I would even except that the Rebate states only good for another Samsung product! Samsung put this product on the market knowing they had issuesAnyway, tell Samsung to call me they have my number, but they need to call me from a phone that has Samsung ID on the caller IDI don't answer calls that I don't recognize! I feel like we are just going on circlesThis is identical to the first response I receivedSo let me state againMy complaint is not with the warranty process but the fact that Samsung sold a watch, claims it to be water resistant and does not back the product when it does not hold up to thatAll I have ever done is wash my hands with the watch onNever has it been submergedSamsung claims that they do not cover water damage but I want to know why they sold the watch as water resistantI would've never got it close to water had they not made that claimI don't know if the Revdex.com actually reads these replies but I am shocked they would let you get away with responding with something that has already been said to me Regards, [redacted]
