I am rejecting this response because: 1) The misleading information was provided to me by Samsung not by the third party.2) The promotion was advertised on Samsung website not by a third party.3) I provided my bank account/personal information through Samsung pay app not to the third party.Because of the above reason, I believe that Samsung should be responsible on resolving my problem as Samsung should be accountable on the information they provide to their customers on the phone as well as on the website

I am contacting you regarding id # [redacted] I thought the matter regarding my Samsung refrigerator had been resolved, because they had agreed to buy it back from me The problem that I am having now is that I have to fill out forms in order to receive my money and they did not supply me with pieces of information to be able to complete the forms At this point I have sent emails over the past week or so and have left several voicemails for the person at Samsung, [redacted] , who had originally contacted me to resolve my issue I have not gotten any response back.>>>> They told me that I needed to get the paperwork to them by today, which is weeks from the original email I did send the Customer Refund Acceptance Document with the missing transaction number, but I was not able to do the other document It needs to be done online and I can’t get past a certain point with the missing field- by the way the other document was supposed to be filled out within a few days of receiving the email I was not able to do that, because there was no response from them with the missing information.>>>> I need a transaction number for the Customer Refund Acceptance Document and a refund authorization number, so I can fill out the refund request form I have paid for my new refrigerator and need to be reimbursed as soon as possible, because I had to lay out nearly $3000.>>>> What can we do next to get this resolved as soon as possible?>>>> Thanks,>> [redacted] [redacted] >>>> PS- I’ve included [redacted] from Samsung on this email, so that maybe it would speed this process up I also left you (Janice) a voicemail a little while ago with the same information
