Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I spoke with Samsung in regards to the statement below I was not confident in the product after only months of it working and broke last dryer was years old still working and I purchased this dryer to match the washer Needless to say I have a family at home limited time home and same with my wife and unable to accommodate the service schedule I have to make a decision that is best for my family and have no room to store another dryer It is unfortunate I can research my dryer to find many people with the same documented issue through reviews I even found similar information on their site I did not appreciate being chastised for my decision as people in the real world have to make the best decision for the safety and well being of their family How confident would they be in a dryer that was repaired hooked up to a 220v line? I have seen to many house fires started from a dryer, and will promptly avoid that situation all together I appreciate all the assistance from the Revdex.com I know moving forward they have lost a customer for life for such a small issue I have plus years of purchasing power plus a lot of friends and family Thank you for everything Regards, [redacted]

Samsung has confirmed that an attempt to replace the motherboard of the phone has been madeIf replacing all internal components of the phone does not resolve the issue at hand then additional repair attempts may be deemed unsuccessfulSamsung's warranty of repair / replacement is at Samsung's sole optionSamsung does not provide upgrade service as this is a requirement of the service provider Should Samsung replace a device, it would be that of the same model The model in question is currently not available for replacement, therefore, the only offer Samsung can provide is to refund the productTo complete refund we do ask that the product be returned along with the proof of purchase receiptThank you
