Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I received the refund for the washing machine however my complaint was that I needed the dryer refunded and taken back as wellI purchased the washer and dryer as a matching set and they should be refunded as suchI purposely purchased a matching washer and dryer set originally from ***It is not my fault Samsung couldn't deliver part of the set in proper working order as their company shouldI should not be responsible for the complete closet of a new dryer to accomplish the original matching set I tried to get initially as well as the original cost of the first dryerIt is only fair for Samsumg to refund the dryer as well and take it back, this would be a much less loss to them than it would be and considering their faulty appliance was the reason for this whole mess, I have already been out enough through this whole fiascoSamsung should step up and fully back their products up and try to correct the issue completely without theit loyal customers suffering even more So please, I'm asking for you to refund the dryer that was with the origins set I purchased to the store so that I can return the dryer and pick out the one that matches the washing machine I just purchased in replacement of the Samsung one that could not function correctly or be fixed Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not damage the televisionThere was no visible damage foundI understand that they claim that the inner screen appeared to have an impact point, but I did not cause itI am years old and I do not have people wildly running about my homeI also understand that a house cleaner may have hit it with something and not told meStill, Samsung could have offered me some sort of consideration instead of telling me "you need to pay for the repairs (about $1,000.00) or throw out your less than a year old television and buy a new one." Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Samsung called and wanted to charge us $service charge to have a repairman come out and they could noDt guarantee that the repairmancould install the microwave We did order parts from Samsung website at our own expense plus $shipping and we are still waiting for the parts to come I believe days Theyare supposed to be here 1/27/17or 1/28/ I refuse to pay another cent to Samsung with the poor customer service they offer I hope this complaint and responses will be posted sothat other people do not purchase their products Do not pay for an extended warranty unless you pay their extravagant prices for installation because if you do not they will not cover anythingthat goes wrong with your appliances They will blame it on the person that installed it This is like blackmail to pay for their installation We are thoroughly disgusted after paying thousands ofdollars on all Samsung appliances I wish someone had written in and posted their complaint before I made my purchases I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
