Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The bundle shipment was lost and [redacted] said they will ship the replacement bundle package, but I have not received the package nor any tracking information yet I inquired them for the tracking information, but they have not provided them yet Please provide tracking information that the prizelogic sent.I just checked the gift card and the balance of $shows up this time so the gift card was re-charged and I think I am satisfied with gift card However, I still do need more information on bundle package Regards, [redacted] **

I am rejecting this response because:I received an email from the office of the president stating they Samsung would pay for the drum if we had the dryer serviced by an authorized Samsung service providerI called customer service to have the service repair set up and was told that there aren't any service providers in our area so there is nothing they can do to help me and that I would have to find a local service provider on my own but the part would no longer be coveredI spoke again to the "highest level of customer service" and the woman also told me there was NOTHING she could do to help me and had the audacity to suggest that I use a clothes line outside to dry my clothing while my dryer was out of commission If you tell a customer you are going to provide a part then I HIGHLY suggest you follow though! Samsung has lost a customer for life!

Upon further review of Mr [redacted] claim, our system shows the exchange device was delivered on 7/21/to the address on file In addition, Samsung does not provide screen/body protection for devices with an exchange Mr [redacted] was granted an accommodation of a new A-stock device when typically customers would receive an R-stock exchange The agent who handled the claim spoke with Mr [redacted] on Thurs 7/13/advising of the 7/17/delivery date to receive the exchanged device We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you

I have shipped the phone to Samsung and I was under the impression from the first call with Samsung that it would be replacedThat is also what I asked for when I first filed the complaint with the Revdex.comI told the rep I did not feel safe having a phone that has started fire and was melting, that I did not want to use something like that or be in my house around my familyI told them about the burns to my hand, they didn't seem to care about that

Samsung has further reviewed Mr***’ claim in regards to his phone Our system shows the agent handling Mr***’ claim sent him a pre mailer; reference Txt# [redacted] on 4/05/to have his device evaluatedMr*** was informed that if the device is determined to be damaged due to overheating, Samsung will repair FOC However if not, then Mr*** will be responsible for the cost of the repair for the device We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:when I called Samsung, they informed me that I would have to send both Gear S and chargerI want to be sure that you are saying that I may just send the charger for repair/replacementThis is what I requested initially but was told it was not an option my a supervisor
