Hello,While we appreciate feedback from this long-standing customer, we find the commentary completely absurd.Customer has ordered multiple items from ServedFresh™ on four separate occasions.Each and every time customer received ALL merchandise.Order referenced by complaint had ONE back ordered item
that customer preferred to have refunded due to delay.While our Terms & Conditions state no refunds, as evidenced by screenshot of our policy we attached -as a courtesy we cancelled customer's order roughly two months ago on January *** at 4:06PM.If customer refund did not reflect in her account it could have been attributed to the timeframe in which the order was initially placed.We will be sure to investigate this issue and make any amends necessary to resolve this issue.However, negative comments made on ANY Social Media platform will always be deleted as Social Media is not our channel of customer serviceReason being we cannot verify the authenticity of any remarks on Social Media Platforms.Kind regards,ServedFresh™

Hello,We are not sure why we have received this claim.Per information provided by the customer, initial item WAS delivered with letter explaining why second item did not ship (see attached letter for delivery confirmation).Back order letter clearly states item will be shipped at a later

Hello,Upon further review of this transaction it was determined all items were sentIf customer states otherwise we need to file a claim with the courier.We are unsure why customer repeatedly responds within Revdex.com when we have instructed them of the proper procedure to resolve this issue.We cannot refund an item that already reflects as delivered upon investigation without an insurance claim being filed.Kind regards,ServedFresh™

Hello,We have reviewed the information provided by *** *** and find his Revdex.com claim inaccurate and unwarranted.*** *** received two out of three items he purchased during the holidays with no issuesAt that time he was also informed that the third item was on back-order due to the
complexity in production and extremely high demand for that itemHe expressed no concerns.He contacted us in regards to his back order item and we expressed the status did not change.At no time did he express concerns and was satisfied with the extended delay.Additionally, we had no knowledge of a package returned to us for exchange by ***.We are located directly across the street from our local Postal Courier who delivers mail daily and received no parcel from *** ***s.We received no *** *** or *** package from *** *** either.Ultimately, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of any ATTEMPT at delivery to us.Additionally, our Terms & Conditions clearly state exchanges must be returned within days as all items are custom and exclusive.
