Yes, they DID inform that it was a shipping issue the second time aroundThe first time around they said it was delayed because of the threat of Hurricane Matthew which was understandableI have voiced my opinion on social media as they do not answer and I can submit my call log if needed as proofAll responses are the same "sorry, you'll receive confirmation with 24-hours" and every time I wait with no follow up on shippingI find it unbelievable that I have to go to social media to get a response/reaction
