Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The claim was filed because no one responded to emails that were sentI was told the replacement would be shipped within 24-hours (September ***) and require a signature, I went out of my way to make arrangements to be homeWe discussed this, and I have all 25+ emails to prove thisThis was almost months ago, I always allowed the 24-hours required for a responseI waited weeks and received no responseHow else was I to get in contact with the company? Hello,In spite of the customers insults and sentiments regarding our brand, we took the initiative to create and send a BRAND NEW custom item to the customer free of charge.Due to the sheer volume of orders being fulfilled daily during peak holiday season, [redacted] Tracking Information may not update quickly.Customer should check the status within hours.We understand the customers frustration with the extended delay.However that was beyond our control as this item was previously shipped.In any event, hopefully this solution will satisfy the customer who has been more argumentative as opposed to solution orientated.Happy Holidays,ServedFresh™

Hello,We are unsure why customer continues to contact us and the Revdex.com in regards to this issueCustomer has already been refunded.Refund notification was also emailed to the address on file over a week agoCustomer continues to disregard correspondence and harass ServedFresh™ for information already provided to themCustomer should be closed and removed as we have attached a screenshot of refund already processed.ServedFresh™

Customer contacted ServedFresh™ and was shown evidence that ALL items were shipped in the same package and delivered at the same time.Attached are the original transaction invoice, packing slip, and delivery confirmation from ***.As a one-time courtesy we explained to customer that in lieu of this proof we would ship an additional complimentary item.We are unclear why customer filed unnecessary claim with Revdex.com after our correspondence

Hello,Based on our records, customer's account of what transpired is completely inaccurate.Customer placed an order for two items but had an unverified address which caused a delay with order fulfillment.Customer was informed by phone and email of this issue yet proceeded to email ServedFresh™using foul language (see attached as one example) on several occasions.Customer was informed by email when first and second product would ship after address was verified.See attached delivery confirmation of first item, [redacted] Tracking Number for second item, as well as correspondence with customer regarding this issue.Customer consistently exhibits blatant disregard for policy, effective communication, respect for our staff.We find this claim unwarranted and unnecessary.Kind regards,ServedFresh™

We are completely bewildered as to why this customer filed a claim with this bureau.As per the item description we attached to this correspondence, this item was scheduled to ship within 3-weeks due to high demand.Additionally our Terms & Conditions (also attached) clearly state items ship within 7-days not including holidays and/or weekends when post offices are closed.In any event, this item has already been shipped and the [redacted] Tracking Information was emailed to the address on file.It is unfortunate that customer's who do not fully read our shipping schedule are allowed file these claims andtax our resources to address.Kind Regards,ServedFresh™

Hello,Customer's transaction returned in our system as having a Medium Risk of Fraud.Customer's billing address did not match credit card nor did customer's zip code.See attached screenshots for documentation of customer's risk status.We are strongly advised by our Loss Prevention Department not to ship any productsthat do not meet this criteria.Customer was notified by email their fraudulent transaction was cancelled and they were refunded in full.As a business that prides ourselves on protecting our valued customers and ourselves from heightened credit cardwe are unable to fulfill this order.Kind regards,ServedFresh™
