I placed my original order on 12/**/with a notice (attached) that the items would ship within 7-days. This was information and had I known about the other complaints listed on the Revdex.com website, I would not have ordered from this company at allThe sweatshirt was for a birthday in late January. When the item did not come with the first order I sent an email on 2/*/(attached) to the company notifying them to cancel of the sweatshirtsObviously the item had not been completed at the time or else it would have been shipped, correct? The sweatshirt ended up not shipping until 2/**/(attached) which was a full two weeks after my email, phone call and notification through the website were madeI would like to return the item for a full refund

The FULL shipment was not deliveredAgain, only out of the items that were paid for were actually shipped to my addressThe images attached from the merchant is proof that they shipped something but not necessarily ALL of the items paid forI have correspondence from them verifying that this item was never shipped and in fact canceledIf this was shipped in its entirety, why would this email correspondence occur since Feb *** until Mar ***?? Again, I am not seeking a refund on the entire purchase amount but the amount of the item that was not shippedIn the attached emails, you will see where I was told I should expect a refund with 3-daysAgain, if it was shipped in its entirety, why would they agree to a refund? You will also see in the attachment that several attempts were made on my part to reach out to them regarding the status of the refund with further communication on their end.No need to reach out to the postal service because it was NEVER sent.

It is not acceptable for the business to hold my money hostage for now over daysI have spent weeks trying to contact them and not until I contact Revdex.com and flood social media with their poor business practices do they respond after days! I will not be giving you 6$ for shippingI paid you in full for a item back in September that did not include shipping so you cant charge me back for it now I no longer what your item the need for it is long past dueThe only acceptable response is to return the money you have taken from meThis business has no customer service They do not return messages and they are rude when you ask them for helpIts against the law to take money for goods not received Im not going away and will continue to post daily about these poor business practices until my funds have been restored. I have read Served Freshs' response and I respectfully disagree I originally placed my order December *, I received of the items and a note that said if I don't receive my last item within weeks that I should call I tried to do that and in fact I gave them more than two weeks and they never answered the phone so I sent a message via *** They only called me AFTER I contacted *** for a refund/complaint I have receipts, social media posts, *** correspndonce, emails where I have tried to reach them to resolve each and every issue and getting a response is hit or missThis originally went through *** customer service who told me I was scammed Because I had talked to MrElijah H*** I closed my case with *** thinking I would get my last item I did not I was also told to return the sweater for exchange and they never picked up the package per *** That is not my fault I have in an email where they said weeks ago my items would be shipped and I would also be reimbursed for all my shipping costs that I have incured My last email to them was on April *** and I still have not received a response My last phone call was yesterday, April *** and no one answers The message says that there phone system is down and has said that for weeks At this point I no longer want to do business with them since they can't provide the merchandise I paid for in full Not only that, they are not taking responsibility for what they are not doing which is making this situation rightI have no reason to go back and forth for four months about clothing I could be doing something else but it's the principle and I work hard for my money!I would like a refund for the shirt, the crewneck and the money I spent sending the crewneck back to them twice I am very disappointed Again, I have documentation of everything but for now I have attached some of the emails as well as my UPS receipts

It s been allost months now since I placed this order and I did not receive anythingI ve been directly in contact with ServedFresh to sort this out, they had confirmed the item was not shipped, therefore I do not understand this email pretending they shipped the item, and do not mind reshipping itThey know for facts I did not receive anything and whatever their system says, no one is going to make me believe it s not possible to track a shipment with a tracking number! They are just lyingMoreover, I never saw a company that was ready to resend some items to a customer free of charges if they can prove the order was really shippedIn their last email they confirmed they knew I did not receive my order after all this time, and'pretended they would ship it as soon as the ordered item would be available (and even if I knew I was not supposed to wait that long, I accepted their response and they even responded they werr grateful for my patience)Now that I see their lack of consistency given the response they gave you, and that does not reflect the reality of the situation, and the fact that they don t even mind lying, probably to restore a positive image they don t even deserve on the internet because of the poor customer service and poor customer experience they give to several clients, I just want a refund ASAPThey are too unreliable I just want my money back!
