Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have been trying to contact this company by email, phone , and social media since September [redacted] They have refused all attempts to to be contactedThe Post office has also tried to contact them in regards to the package missing and then sitting unclaimed for over a month in New YorkThey never bothered to respondI made this order as a gift back in early September We are now in NovemberI am not willing to pay more money to receive an item I paid in full for days agoThey have serious customer service issues and refuse to acknowledge complaintsTheir response is to delete them off social media as to not make future customers aware of their poor business practicesIts is not acceptable to take someones money and never give them their productThe product is NOT customIt is a generic st that anyone can order from sizes availableThey often broadcast what sizes are available its is not a made to order ot made just for me item Based on other Revdex.com complaints I know that this business does issue refundsI have already signed a fraud affidavit with the bank as well as visaI m in the process of contacting the FTC It is not ok to take someones money and give them nothing in return and refuse to return contact According to the FTC in most cases a business should not take payment prior to shipping and my payment was taken now days agoKeeping my money is not an option and I am not giving you another dollar I am attaching the 9/ [redacted] 10/ [redacted] emails asking for helpI am including the tracking information showing the package was sent to a wrong city and zip then they show even on their screen shot and has been sitting their unclaimed since early OctoberI am attaching another customer complaint of the same issuesI have others if needed to show this is a practice for this company Taking the moneyNo product No communication.I haven't heard the excuse for the failure to respond since SeptemberNot that any excuse matters In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Hello,In regards to what the company has stated, Never have I heard of a customer who is calling with concerns, not allowed to ask a multiple of questions regarding something they PAID for, that's a part of the company's customer service departments job and what they have stated in their automatic email reply, to suggest that a customer is bombarding that depart after getting NO REPLY after several unsuccessful attempts is absurd. In the beginning I had no issue with the company and with receiving messages it was only later when I didn't receive promised product and shipment confirmation of my outstanding did I begin to have trouble and issues with the company and below par customer service. Never have I once threatened or insulted anyone at said company I informed them that if the situation were not to be rectified I would have to inform my bank of said charges, dispute them, and file a compliant which they, upon empty promises, took as a threat due to their neglect of properly handling the situation as you can see in the emails I will have included. I was given the runaround by this company, so after telling them that I have had enough on their Instagram page and that I would be fling a compliant if my order was not shipped as they continuously promised, they told me via their social media (Instagram) FINALLY yesterday to direct message them my order number, because as I told them after they told me to call again and again, that no one was answering my calls or voicemail's, so I did and expressed again the situation and my grievances I was then told by them in these messages that I would receive a FULL REFUND to rectify the situation and even in these messages I showed respect and was KIND and wished them well but had no intention in any future purchases from their company. NOW, as to why you will not be seeing nor receiving those messages is because the company has since then deleted them once they saw I filed a complaint and is now retracting what they said and what I was PROMISED to receive. In the emails and screenshots I will be sending you will be able to see that I NEVER threatened, nor bombarded, or insulted them I just wanted answers and my product I PAID for, the issue was not the one time that finally did show up it was the false promises of when I would be receive my outstanding item along with the confirmation number, the treatment I received afterward, and now the retraction of the FULL REFUND I was told I would be receiving in 2-3 days from yesterday.

Hello,Customer is a long standing patron of ServedFresh™ and expressed they did not receive ONE item out of many orders.We fully explained website glitch to customer that allowed purchase of item although not available.Customer opted for refund which we attempted to process on four occasions.Due to

I received my items only after the company received my complaint from the RevDex.comThe company has not provided a reason as to why my Claire- T-shirt was canceledI did not ask for it to be canceled, nor did I ask for a refundI asked for the shirtI made this clear in an email I sent to them as soon as I received an email from them stating that I asked for a refund for the shirtI did not. Considering that I had to contact the Better Business Beureau and still did not receive my items until months after order - well after the 7-days that was promised- they could have admitted their mistake of canceling the shirt that was to be gifted to someone and send it to me out of courtesy. I am happy that I did finally receive the other itemsI am bummed that I only got responses ( tracking numbers) to the many emails I sent only after the Revdex.com notified me that the company received my complaint

Revdex.com:ServedFresh finally emailed me my gift card info at 7:52am on 11/**/2916, which is what I asked forIt's a shame that it took me having to contact the Revdex.com in order to get this matter resolved.
