Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: There was no blatant disregard or lack of respect for their shipping policyThe initial email stated if I had not received the item in weeks to email themWhen I did they told me the shirt had been shipped and that I was sent a tracking numberWhen I did not receive the shirt I checked the site and it stated "unfulfilled" in regards to the items statusI Want it to be clear that it was not my lack of patience; they blatantly lied with no intention on giving me a refundThese type of business practices are not okI would like them to take ownership of that in addition to me receiving a full refund In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
