Select Blinds customer service was insulting
SELECT BLINDS MAY BE THE WORST EVER
One Blind worked, but it was monumental to program it. The second blind did not come with a plug or wiring to charge it up. And then it would not work at all, even though fully charged with the plug from the other blind. Each blind was supposed to come with a plug and wiring.

Horrible customer service and a horrible experience getting help.

My story: I received some motorized blinds 2 days ago that I ordered and I ordered a smart connect Wi-Fi connector that cost almost $200 to utilize the blinds on my Alexa. Of course it didn’t work at all. I contacted customer service and they sent a link to chat with them on text only. They do not provide live customer service at all and the individual said that the smart bridge they sold me does not work with those blinds which they sold me at the same time. I said why did you sell me something that didn’t work with it he said you should’ve read the fine print so no refunds, no exchanges, then silence.
Stay away from these people they are unbelievably bad as well as passive aggressive. When I finally told the guy that I had no choice but to leave a bad review, he started acting real nice to cover his previous bad behavior,but of course, still didn’t provide any customer care or service at all but continued to play games and set me up. Unbelievable.
Do not deal with Select Blinds or you will be so sorry if anything goes wrong I’ve ordered lots of motorized blinds from Serena shades. They’re more expensive, but they work very well. One of the shades I bought from Select Blinds, as mentioned, doesn’t work at all and I’ve had to file a warranty claim. It’s been a telling experience. I completely wasted money and time which they have basically stolen from me.
Stay completely away from these people. Select Blinds is not worth the time or money you’ll lose on a company that does not back up what they sell and then make you feel like there’s nothing you can do to honestly rectify your loss.

I appreciated the upper management reaching me out today to resolve the issue directly. Buyers, please work with this company. They are willing to do all they can do fix the issue.

I had a 3 year old cellular shade that lost its ability to retract fully to the top. It had the top down bottom up feature. I did not have any of my original order info. Joshua Crapo, in Customer Service, was very patient and kind and was able to finally locate my order. They determined that this feature could not actually be repaired, so they offered to make me an entirely new blind at no cost! I am very pleased with their customer service.

I purchased blackout roller shades from SelectBlinds.com. The products received were not the same as what was presented on the website. After contacting SelectBlinds.com, they insisted it was my fault the shades are incorrect as I didn't measure properly. I'm not sure how measuring has anything to do with the product being completely different than what is presented on their website. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this retailer, as they are clearly duping people by providing images for alternative products then shipping substandard replacements.

We love our blinds from Select Blinds! We've bought twice now...LOVE them, we opted for the top up/bottom down. Our first purchase was in 2013 then we decided to put them through the whole house this last summer. Easy to install, room darkening and blocks the cold in the winter and the heat in the summer.

wonderful to do business with..am long term customer. Great warranty..we had a custom made shade for 18 mos that started to sag..wouldn't go already up all the way..it is large and heavy. They replaced right away...pd $ 300 originally...they where great-highly recommend..didn't even have to pay for shipping!

Outstanding service: product exactly as described, quick delivery, high quality--better than expected for the price!

We received our blinds quickly and they were exactly what we wanted.

I ordered cordless shades for my apartment. They fit perfectly, are well made, and are completely safe for my 18 month old daughter. A dear friend lost her toddler to a window cord. Every home needs to go cordless.
