proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I had Michael P[redacted](###-###-#### )Customer Service Director contacting me on 9/14 I explain to Michael why I'm not satisfied with product and I told him I would like to exchange them and return wrong blinds because I don't need them or I would like full refund back and I will make another order with sizes how Select Blinds Representative told me to order my blinds. Michael said unfortunately they cannot do refunds or exchange because blinds are custom made I told Micheal these are not custom made because it's not the size I order and he said I should donate my wrong size blinds to charity or if I know someone who is in need of the blinds and reorder myself new blinds. Micheal was saying he can give me all 8 blinds for $97 dollars (I need 10 blinds) just to pay material I told Micheal Jenna S[redacted] was trying to sell me products for $112 but after spending over $300 I will not pay anything until this issue is resolved. Unfortunately none of the people (myself, my aunt and my parents) that I ordered the blinds for are willing to pay more and we have been without blinds for over the month. My only mistake was I didn't read cons about the company I only read pros and as I'm waiting for this issue to be resolved I'm finding more cons about it and that I'm not only customer with this issue.

will have a manager contact you tomorrow January 2nd. Our buy 3 get 1 free promotion works as they all do and the free blind is always the lowest cost of the 4. In the case you have 8 blinds, it would be the lowest 2 priced blinds or shades. As for the delay in shipping, it is our understanding you were waiting for samples to pick what you wanted and that played a role in the delay. Our agent notated that she has given you all the necessary tracking information. Hopefully our manager will be able to work toward a resolution for you.

Hello, thank you for contacting me. I had not been able to get back to you because my husband has been diagnosed with prostate cancer, therefore we have been very busy with doctor’s appointments etc. So I do not have time for this anymore. However, their website did not say anything about what the are claiming, it said to return whatever the customer is not satisfied with and NO QUESTIONS ASKED. But now they are telling something else. I wonder how many other people have been duped by them? They are stealing $205.82 from my friend that I assist, with her decorating needs! Thank you, [redacted].

The experience was okay; but I was disappointed with the blinds. You had to pay extra for bungee tie downs and there is no pull cord; so when the blinds are up all the way, you need to be really tall or get a step stool to reach the edge to pull them down. My brother purchased his outdoor sun shade blinds at Home Depot (they were custom sized) and both of these features were included. The review of the company is positive, I just think the blinds were a let down (with the two features, not their qualify).

I'm beyond frustrated with Select Blinds. I ordered custom blinds for my bedroom windows and used an installer which was referred to me through their website for the measurements and installation. When the installer came to install my blinds he pointed out that the returns on the valances were too short and didn't cover the brackets. I called Select Blinds and left my number for them to call me back as an "existing customer". After not receiving a call for two hours, I called again and left my number as a "new customer". This time my call was returned within 10 minutes. I sent in the requested photos and measurements for the returns that the installer provided me with and they shipped new valances. This time they were 3/4" too long. I called again, left my number as an "existing customer" and once again did not receive a call. The next day I again left my number as a "new customer" before my call was returned. This was two weeks ago and I still haven't received a call after explaining my issues. I have no idea how this company can have an A+ rating and would never refer them or use them again.

I have reviewed the notes on this order and it appears we have resolved the issue. If that is not the case please respond to this request again.
