We cannot begin to apologize enough for what you have been through. We had some significant problems with this products manufacturing facility. A manager will be contacting you today to resolve this situation for you. We sincerely apologize for the poor performance of our team. This is not...

Their response says nothing as to how they will resolve the situation and no has called me as of yet. I want the blinds their site allowed me to order. Outside of that, no response will do.

Blinds were easy to install. Look great. Hopefully will last.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I have received a replacement blind in this matter. Too bad I had to go thru the Revdex.com to resolve this issue. Also, I reject their pricing explanation and I have ordered the rest of my blinds from [redacted] At least their prices have been consistent and do not vary from minute to minute, day to day, week to week etc. Please consider matter resolved.

Great experience and support

Due to the poor customer service I received with the order of my cellular shade, I was reimbursed $50. They said they were very sorry for the poor service and would check into the reasons for why they hadn't sent me a return label as soon as I emailed that the shade would not open when I removed it brand new from the box. I was pleasantly surprised that they actually wanted to try and make amends to me. Very kind of them!! I love the cellular shade that I ordered. Once they fixed it after I returned it to them, it works great and looks beautiful!

We have now used Select Blinds on three different occasions -- once for blinds as we prepared our old house for sale, and twice now in our new house for shades. Perfect experience every time -- beautiful, high-quality product at a reasonable price that's easy to install, looks fabulous, and works even better. Would definitely choose them again for any other blinds or shades we need to buy. Highly recommended!

I have been very pleased with the shades I ordered. They were a perfect fit and great quality. Your customer service rates an outstanding. When I received my shipment, one side of the two boxes that were bound together was open and the shade was not in it. I immediately called customer service and they quickly replaced the shade even though it was probably the carriers mistake. Thank you so much!

Yes, I called and was told that I must pay double for returning the blinds. The call center told me this twice when I called this weekend.  Look at your records on the call center. 
I gave the correct measurements and Select Blinds choose to deduct inches off the sides.  
Here are the facts:
The size on my order is correct
I gave SelectBlinds.com the correct measurements
The size listed on my receipt is correct
The size listed on the sticker on the box is correct
The size of the blinds inside the box is WRONG
I did NOT give incorrect measurements!
After a horrible customer service telephone call this weekend, I am leary about anything to do with your company. I fear that returning them will not provide me with a   replacement product and I will be out of several hundred dollars with no blinds. 
That's why I have reported this to my credit card company, to Google stores, Facebook, Revdex.com and counsel to seek a moderated resolution.

Great experience. Shopping from home was fun, ordering straightforward, communication on the order and shipping was clear, and shipping was timely. When we received our blinds, we had no issues following the instructions to install. Very happy with the 5 window treatments we ordered. We've recommended SelectBlinds to many friends since.

We have ordered multiple times to decorate our home, and never had one complaint nor error. We love everything we ordered, get the free color and fabric samples first.
