I have used select blinds for 3 rooms in my house and I am always pleased. They have a great selection prices. They deliver quickly and their quality or blinds is very good. I highly recommend them.

This is extremely troubling. This product is indeed supposed to provide a complete blackout effect. A manager will be contacting you today. We are very sorry for the frustration this process is causing you.

last time I was contacted, I was only offered a 50% discount on future orders. I now have blinds on all of my windows. I am respectfully requesting a refund.

Please take back your statement that I am way outside the 90 days return policy. I purchased the blinds on end of Mar 2015 and I started the return on early June. If you look at my donation receipt and my conversation with your customer representative, it is absolutely within 3 months of the purchase date. However, your representative never never processed my return. If all your customer service does is to delay the return process and blame your customer for not finishing the whole process by 90 days, then you will be well ashamed and close your business. This is such a b[redacted]t. I do not accept your response!!!

Overall positive. They backordered some of the blinds, but did notify me (they just took awhile to arrive). I've noticed the room-darkening blinds are very springy, ie: they do not stay down all the way without help. To their credit, SelectBlinds sends installable pieces that help with this but I opted not to use them. The blinds were a breeze to install.

I'd use their service again.

We are extremely sorry fo this situation you are dealing with. This is inexcusable and we will have  Customer Service Manager contacting you today and they will solve your issue.

Yes, I called and was told that I must pay double for returning the blinds. The call center told me this twice when I called this weekend.  Look at your records on the call center. 
I gave the correct measurements and Select Blinds choose to deduct inches off the sides.  
Here are the facts:
The size on my order is correct
I gave SelectBlinds.com the correct measurements
The size listed on my receipt is correct
The size listed on the sticker on the box is correct
The size of the blinds inside the box is WRONG
I did NOT give incorrect measurements!
After a horrible customer service telephone call this weekend, I am leary about anything to do with your company. I fear that returning them will not provide me with a   replacement product and I will be out of several hundred dollars with no blinds. 
That's why I have reported this to my credit card company, to Google stores, Facebook, Revdex.com and counsel to seek a moderated resolution.

Buy your blinds somewhere else. If your order is wrong, it will stay wrong with no refund or resolution.

Product was good value for money! Service was first class! Would recommend.

Website was excellent, ordering process was simple, installation was MUCH easier than anticipated. These are great products and have improved the look and functionality of my home. Highly recommend this business.

The case is not considered resolved until we receive the replacements.

I tried calling Select Blinds two times since my Revdex.com complaint. NO one is available to talk to me.  I want a call from them. I am tired of trying to contact someone.  I need someone to "care" about my issue.
