Excellent quality for price.

We absolutely did not handle this as well as we could have. We have agreed to ship the blinds 2nd day air. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I order three blinds from Selectblinds.com. One of them cannot be hung because they sent me the wrong bracket. I contact their online chat staff multiple times. None of them could provide tracking number or proof of the part shipment. The first request was on 3/10/15 and did not get any answer until I complained with Revdex.com at 3/19/2015 They finally responded after I filing the complaint to Revdex.com. However, they still not able to solve my problem. They sent wrong parts (obviously they do not know what they are selling) and gave me a line which hard to reach to a service person again. Now I still end up to have a $150 worth blind sit there cannot be installed due to the lack of proper parts, and it already passed the date to be return (due to the unprofessional and lack of responses for their customer service) Either they send me a proper part for installation or give me the full refund for this unusable product. They should pay for the shipping if they want me to ship this back.

I have ordered various blinds from Select Binds and LOVE them all! They are super ez to install and look stunning in my home! The hardest decision was choosing colors! :-) Thanks for making my home more cozy and beautiful!

We really like the shades. They look wonderful!

I have talked to personal from Select blinds numerous times and they have said they will send new/different brackets and they have not done so thus far. I have been told again that they will send brackets and I want to wait and see if they carry thru before I accept.

I recently ordered from SelectBlinds.com for the first time. I ordered 3 wooden blinds for my kitchen. The blinds seem to be very good quality, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the color. I contacted SelectBlinds.com and spoke with Katie and Zachary. I am very happy with the service I got from them. Both were genuinely friendly and helpful. It is obvious to me that this is a company that cares about their customers' satisfaction, a company that stands behind their products. I am extremely happy with the solution I was offered for my color issue with the blinds. I definitely recommend this company to other consumers. Hats off to Katie and Zachary for excellent customer service!

great website - easy to follow - videos help with selecting the style and color - best of all there is a video to show you how to measure - made the whole ordering process easy - every very satisfied with the blinds and shutters I ordered - all perfect fit when installed.

great blinds and color was exactly what I wanted. customers need to make sure they order at least 2 inches longer than what they want.

I had used Select Blinds to furnish my entire house a few months after moving in. Select Blinds came as a recommendation from a friend who has purchased items multiple times. The prices were fantastic and I was able to benefit from a great sale that was offered at the time. Taking measurements for the windows was easy to do and the installation of the blinds was seamless. Prior to placing an order, I also received samples so I could see if the colors and type would work in my home. Overall I was very pleased with my purchase and will look to purchase from a Select Blinds again.

I did my homework on this company before I placed my order but the one place I didn't go to was the Revdex.com site. If I had I wouldn't have placed a $400. order. I ordered a total of 10 white blinds on 02/22/2016. On 02/29/2016 I get an email saying that the white blinds I ordered was backordered until 03/29/2016. I call them as soon as I got the email to be placed on hold for 1 hour without talking to someone. Next I sent an email to get a return email that this box is not monitored. So I go to the live chat and after waiting for 16 minutes I get to chat with someone and this is on 03/01/2016. They explain that the color I wanted (white) is on backorder but I can get this color (snow white) at a higher charge $40 for both orders and that can be shipped right away. After chatting by computer for a while I agreed to the color and receive an email about that conversation. On 03/02/2016 I received an email that one of the orders was being shipped. I received that order on 03/08/2016 and hung them. Waited 2 days on some kind of reply on the other order and heard nothing. Now they said they had that material in stock, so on 03/10/2016 I chatted with them again to find out the status of the remaining order. Was put on hold while he (Paul) check, he came back and said he didn't know and would send me an email. Waited 24 hours and when to open another chat line, got an (Erica) asked the same question, put on hold again. When she came back the news was not to my liking. The new color is on backorder until 03/29/2016. I have paid an extra $40 to be backorder for the same length of time as originally. She asked me if I wanted to cancel this order or keep it. One of those blinds go in a room that I have already received a blind. I am not happy with this company. I don't know when I will get my blinds. They hadn't called nor email me about this delay.

Excellent all around. Bought 11 blinds. All came in great shape and all FIT PERFECTLY!! Completely satisfied! Saved a ton of $$$$.

The spoke with customer service and they did find my order. The select blind...

company will not send a return label so I can return the blinds I have no use for. They are unwilling to refund my money. It will cost me to much money to send the blinds back. Select blinds does more business than me concerning blinds they can do more with the blinds than I am willing to. I would appreciate it if they would sent return labels and refund my money for their mistake. Thank you. I am not understanding why they told Revdex.com they can not find my order with the information I gave them.

Purchased blind for a new house. They were all perfect and quite easy to install.
