Select Blinds

I order blind from select blind.com on feb-14-2016 and dindt get anythink for 3 week I try to call custumer service and no body answer my calls and after almost a month I talk to someone and person says my order on the way! I wait a week and nothing been delivered! Call again and they said product out of stuck! And they offer me %10 off and wait other 2 more week I said ok and 2 weeks after still recive anyting I call again and they said that wait a little more but they not telling me how long should I wait and tell them that cancel my order and they did and return my money back. So 2 month they take my money make me wait for all these time cannot delivery 6 pc of blinds?
