Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: MrG [redacted] called me for the first time yesterdayI have left MrG [redacted] a couple of messages responding to his callsHe has called during my work day and I have responded as soon as I have been able toThe messages that he has left me, say that he is in the office till 7:p.mI called multiple times today, only get a voicemail that states that I can not leave a message because his mailbox is fullI will continue to try and call him again tomorrow Regards, [redacted]

We did reach a tech to go out to the customerwe are reaching out to the customer in regard to this

I am rejecting this response because: The company has yet to reimburse me as promised and wants me to waitdays to be paid

The customers refund check has been mailed out to the property address on filePlease allow an additional several business days as it was a holiday weekend and the mail has been delayedThere is no tracking number available as this was mailed via regular USPS mailIf you do not receive the check my late Monday/Tuesday please let me know right away and I will contact the bank to request a stop payment and have a new check mailed out

The customer has already been informed that their claim was deniedThe customer had maintenance work done and a keypad installed both of which are not covered under the customers contractNo additional funds due at this time

The customer had a freon leak which is not a covered issueWe will send a full refund via checkPlease allow 14-days to arrive

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: After having a proper plumming company come look at the current existing problem it is going to cost me $2,just to have the piping repaired then I am still going to need to have someone come out and repair the sheetrock, so I am looking at much closer to $3,for the total repair $does not come close to fixing the problem My original complain was a clogged drain, the contractor that was selected by the warranty company broke the pipe then abandoned the job leaving me with no sink and $3,in repairs I paid for a warranty for this exact kind of coverage Regards, [redacted] ***

Select Home Warranty has been in contact with the customer, they will be sending in their invoice for review and we will work with the customer to resolve the matter within the Terms of Agreement

The customers' claim is currently under review and they will be contacted by a Manager on 05/26/2015, to further discuss and hopefully come to a resolve that will satisfy the customer

We went ahead and issued a full refund for this customerThey should be able to view their refund on their credit card statement within the next 2-business days

The customer is not eligible for a full refundwe will waive the cancellation fee if the customer would like to cancel

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The company is a home warranty and refused to send a service person told me to replaceI found the best replacement price to be $ and I supplied this to SelectThey reviewed and still came back with $95.00, This was the most basic unit downgrade not upgradeI feel they owe 333.94-deductible Regards, [redacted]

Select Home Warranyt mailed the customer check # [redacted] on 1/16/2014, the check was mailed to the billing address on the account which reads [redacted] ***.All checks are mailed to the customers billing address which they provide when initially signing up with Select, unless the customer requests otherwise.The customer called into Select Home Warranty and stated that he had not received the check on 1/26/2015, we advised where the check was sent and he stated that is his daughters residence,and that he would check with her.We also advised the customer that we would have to allow time for the check to be retunrned to us, which is usually between - business before issuing a new check, on 1/27/2015.The customer has been in contact with Select Home Warranty regarding this matter and we are following procedures, every check carries a stop payment fee and if the check was in fact returnedwe should receive it and will gladl send it to the right addressThe customer can continue direct contact with Select Home Warranty as we have had no issues providing the customer with assistance

A full refund has already been issuedThe customer should be able to view this refund on their credit card statement within the next 2-business days

A note has been made on the customers accountThey will no longer receive calls, emails or texts from us

The customer has filed a dispute with their credit card companyAt this point in time there is nothing we can do until the credit card company makes their final determinationThe customers account has been placed on hold and any outstanding checks cannot be mailed or re-mailed until the banks determination is complete

I have explained that we have no way of knowing what has been done to the appliance, it has been working fine since we bought the house back in Feb Home inspection was done and everything was in working conditionWhat would be the point of getting the warranty - and basic common sense is that you get warranty on the items that are in working condition and how does Select Home Warranty expect people to check if any earlier repairs were done before getting warranty!!!I would appreciate Revdex.com's help in either getting my money back as I don't trust Select any more
