[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I have not received a phone call from Sentry to help close this issueI did receive a call from their agent, *** ***, who promised to settle this matter and send me two checksThe first check I received but I have not received my final check nor can I get a call back from *** ***Again, I am back to were I started with no hope for any near future resolventI would like a call from a representative of this firm that can give me a date on when I will receive my final check so that I may close the small claims I have against their insured and finally be reimbursed for my loses.
