Customer service sucks
I order a sweatshirt from them for as a Christmas gift on Nov 24. I was waiting and waiting. Reached out multiple times, no response, thought they were fraudulent, they finally sent it but I got it 2 days after Christmas, at this point I already got them another gift. I reached back out, that day to make a return since I found another gift. I still haven’t got any type of response. I’ve sent 6 or more emails and DM’s and still nothing. I try to support black businesses as much as possible but this makes no sense and I feel disrespected at this time.

Serves Fresh - GOAT (MJ) Sweatshirt
I have ordered from this company before a few times, no problems. They had a sale on the GOAT sweatshirt, and I had to have it. Placed the order in December, tracking number assigned, item NEVER moved. Called numerous times, no answer. In fact, I got this weird sound on the line as if there was a connection problem with the line. I sent multiple DMs, no response, sent emails, then nada. I finally had to charge them back on my credit card. I've been waiting for that Tupac memorial shirt to come back in stock, they have it now, but, as bad as I want it, I WILL NOT order it. I hate to post bad reviews, but no choice was left. I'm grateful I received the items that I did receive, so I'll just chalk it up to a lesson learned. Someone else here on this platform said they hide their reviews on IG, must be true, because I've never seen any of the ones I posted.

NEVER RECEIVED ITEMS FOR CHRISTMAS
I have ordered from Served Fresh before and always received my items, but December 2021 turned out differently. I kept checking my tracking number with the USPS and kept getting the repeated message about a label has been made awaiting item. 12/16/21. I finally got a gentleman on the phone from ServedFresh and explained the matter, he looked my order up and saw the dilemma and said he would expedite my order and send me a gift card. He saw what was going on with order and said insurance will cover it. I received the gift card of $25 but no expedited order as of yet. And they still have my money. I guess I got lucky and talked to someone but what did it do...I have lost faith in this company...and I am one of those people that others listen to...so if I say don't order from them...they will not. Sad!

I initially placed my order 40523 on December 9, 2021. I received a email saying some items in my order had shipped but it did not tell me which items. When I clicked on the tracking number it said that only a shipping label had been created and they were still waiting on the items. On December 21st 2021 it showed the same thing so I DM’d the company. I got no response. On January 5, 2022 the tracking number said the same thing so I emailed their customer service for an update. I got no response. I checked my spam folder and everything. Nothing. On January 7th I emailed again asking for a refund, again I got no response. I DM’d the company again on January 8th I got no response. So far I have DM’d their IG page on December 21st, and January 7, 2022 and I emailed their customer service email on December 23rd, December 26th, January 5, 2022 and January 7, 2022. I have not received a single item. The partial shipment status is bogus because nothing was shipped. Adverse weather conditions did not occur nor was COVID responsible as by their shipping policy if it had I would have been notified via email and I have received no response from them though multiple attempts have been made. They also hide your comments on their IG page so you can’t see just how many people are on their complaining about their missing shipments. Others have suggested the company only responds if you report them here and on the better business bureau page and their is even a twitter page dedicated to suing them. At this point I just want my money back and not in check form either.

Looks like I got got
Its been about 3 weeks since I ordered with no update to shipping in their system. They post on IG frequently, but havent responded to my emails or dm about my order. I sent an email to refund my money today, but I dont expect to hear back from them about that either. I will be calling my credit card to reverse the charges.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Hello, In regards to what the company has stated, Never have I heard of a customer who is calling with concerns, not allowed to ask a multiple of questions regarding something they PAID for, that's a part of the company's customer service departments job and what they have stated in their automatic email reply, to suggest that a customer is bombarding that depart after getting NO REPLY after several unsuccessful attempts is absurdIn the beginning I had no issue with the company and with receiving messages it was only later when I didn't receive promised product and shipment confirmation of my outstanding did I begin to have trouble and issues with the company and below par customer serviceNever have I once threatened or insulted anyone at said company I informed them that if the situation were not to be rectified I would have to inform my bank of said charges, dispute them, and file a compliant which they, upon empty promises, took as a threat due to their neglect of properly handling the situation as you can see in the emails I will have includedI was given the runaround by this company, so after telling them that I have had enough on their Instagram page and that I would be fling a compliant if my order was not shipped as they continuously promised, they told me via their social media (Instagram) FINALLY yesterday to direct message them my order number, because as I told them after they told me to call again and again, that no one was answering my calls or voicemail's, so I did and expressed again the situation and my grievances I was then told by them in these messages that I would receive a FULL REFUND to rectify the situation and even in these messages I showed respect and was KIND and wished them well but had no intention in any future purchases from their companyNOW, as to why you will not be seeing nor receiving those messages is because the company has since then deleted them once they saw I filed a complaint and is now retracting what they said and what I was PROMISED to receiveIn the emails and screenshots I will be sending you will be able to see that I NEVER threatened, nor bombarded, or insulted them I just wanted answers and my product I PAID for, the issue was not the one time that finally did show up it was the promises of when I would be receive my outstanding item along with the confirmation number, the treatment I received afterward, and now the retraction of the FULL REFUND I was told I would be receiving in 2-days from yesterday

I placed a order last year around October Half of my order came and was told that the other sweat shirt would ship later because of back orderI have reached out to served fresh via email as stated to do on website as well as trying to call still no response from served freshBut I tell you one thing, they didn't hesitate to take my money out my account! Poor customers service and as I can see this has happened many of times before! If anyone read this, I urge you to shop with another businessIf you do you are putting yourself at risk for losing your money, no return phone call or email on the matter and no product! Served Fresh is garbage!
