Review: I purchased a hoodie on ServedFresh llc web site on Dec * 2015 as a Christmas gift. I still have not received the hoodie. I spoke with someone and they gave me a couple of excuses. Stated that it would be shipped out the next week twice. Later when I googled them I saw that other people have complained and the same stories were told to them. Now when I call them I get no answer on the phone or by email. There was no problem taking the money out of my account. I simply want my product that I paid money for. It has been almost 2 months. They know of the issue and seem not to care to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: I want my money back or the hoodie that I ordered.

I did not see the attachment where they were saying they never got the money.  I did not understand the email.  Here are my bank statements showing the money was taken out.They showed you the 12-*-15 ... I will show you the 12-**-15 and 12-**-15  and  12-**-15 were it was pending and taken out.I was not satisfied and there was no way to answer back.  I did not view the attachments at first.  The money was taken out of my account and was never put back.  Here are my statements.   I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK! IT WAS TAKEN OUT AND NEVER PUT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT...SO WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO TAKE CARE OF THIS ISSUE. [redacted] is my mother.  Here are tge trans actions and her bank statement showing the money was taken out.

Review: I purchased an order (#[redacted]) with the company on January **, 2016 via their website and still haven't received the item. When I made the purchase I was told it would be delivered within 7-14 days. I've sent two emails one from my personal email address and via the companies site, and received no response. Review: I purchased and was charged on June [redacted] for a shirt that was in-stock and I have yet to receive my product after more than 30 days (today's date July [redacted]) of patiently waiting. Served Fresh indicates the wait period is between 7-14 days, then they outline via their terms & conditions the potential delay in receiving the product. However, none of this information regarding back order or delay is tied to the order upfront, only after payment, notification of delay is sent in an email after you purchase the item. This item should have been tagged with a notification of back order to inform customers of potential delay. To have a customer check out and pay for their item with no prior warning or notification is misleading which I addressed with this company in an email. Further, charging my card without updating me on the status of my order, and not responding to my request for an update, even when I made several attempts to express my disappointment, is unacceptable. I cannot express how disappointing this entire process has been working with this company.

The series of events are as follows:

-June **: I reached out to customer service to inquire whether I could expedite order. Customer service responded June ** and asked when I would like to receive the product. I responded June **, and asked to receive by June **. Customer service replied June ** and said they would try but no guarantee. I replied June 11 and said thank you.

-June **: I reached out to customer service again to express my disappointment as follows "I am extremely disappointed that my shirt still has not arrived. If it was notated in the payment process that shipment would not be delivered 7-14 days out, I would have been able to make an informed decision. Lesson learned."

-June **: Customer service responded with a lengthy message, using capital letters in tone at certain points in the communication, drawing my attention to their terms and conditions and stating that they are compliant in properly disclosing delay of product/back ordering upfront. They state 7-14 days excludes weekends and holidays (however, their terms and conditions state 7-14 days and does not specify). They notified me that according to their "business" calendar, I had reached my 9th day. Customer service included screen shots of their terms and conditions and stated that they tout themselves on integrity and customer service. (I did not respond as I decided to wait 14 business days excluding weekends)

-July *: After waiting 14 business days, I reached out to customer service as follows "So we've passed the 14 day window. I ordered the shirt June [redacted]. We are approaching one month and still no shirt. So I am to assume that I have been placed in the extreme delay category?"

No response from customer service. Today is July [redacted], still no shirt and I have been charged for the product. I should have been receiving follow-up emails from customer service regarding the status of shipment which is a major process improvement gap this company needs to address.Desired Settlement: On July [redacted] after sending the company an email marked "second attempt for response" I immediately received an email from customer service notifying me that "I" cancelled my order, which was not the case. I asked for an update and they cancelled my order to wash their hands of fulfilling my request. Subsequently, customer service sends me an email and in summary informs me that due to my impatience and expectations, customer service has refunded my product and sent additional subsequent emails entitled "shux" and "maybe next time" after over 30 days of waiting.

I would like to reverse the decision by this company on July [redacted], to cancel my order without my consent or request and finish the job as I initially asked. I am asking to receive the item I purchased and ordered on June [redacted] delivered to me immediately. I also am demanding a tracking label. Further, this item should have been appropriately tagged with the details outlined in their terms and conditions in the checkout portal prior to finalizing payment or highlighted when customers select the product to add to their cart, again, before finalizing check out and is misleading to notify customers afterwards. To make me whole, I first would like to receive my product immediately, and I would like some form of store credit or future discount on future purchase. I cannot express how disappointing it has been working with this company. Extremely unfortunate.

Thank you for your response.I take umbrage with the mischaracterization of my intent to simply support this business and receive an update on the status of my order after waiting for an extended period of time. I simply set out to resolve this issue to the letter of their terms andconditions which state:“If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify [redacted] as shipping times vary with product availability. “ –which is exactly what I did when I set out to contact customer service regarding the status of my order. Any reasonable person would have done the same.I am taken aback that in a professional commercial transaction that the seller would characterize my attempt to get the benefit of my bargain as emotional. When one buys an item using a credit card it is customary to receive the merchandise and inquirefurther for an update after a prolonged period of time and I merely set out to track down the merchandise. I simply wanted to follow to the letter their terms and conditions and support this business and they maligned my efforts to conclude my transaction which I find disappointing. After 14 days, I contacted customer service and received no response on the status of my order. I made a second attempt to contact customer service and my order was cancelled and refunded.With respect to their confusion and efforts to resolve my claim with a refund, to the best of my knowledge, my understanding was that I would not receive a refund, which is why I did not ask for one. Their terms andconditions state the following under “Returns: No Refunds. Exchange credit only”. Even in my request to settle this claim I did not ask for a refund.In light of what is stated in their terms and conditions and contrary to customer services’ response, in no communication did I ask for a refund. I asked for an update on the status of my order, and they concluded to resolve my request with a refund.I would have been perfectly OK, if customer service would have responded to my last two inquiries and provided me with an additional update as we surpassed the three week period per their terms and conditions. It did not matter to me, after waiting a month, when I would receive my merchandise because my expectations were lowered from the prolonged wait. Customer service could have informed me that my merchandise would not arrive for an additional two months; I then would have had an idea ofwhen to expect the delivery which would have been OK. Again, I simply sought out to support this business, my only intent and goal. I inquired about the status of my merchandise which per their terms and conditions never shipped as I would have been notified via Pay Pal in an email. I placed my order on June[redacted].In conclusion, in the best interest of my time, I do not plan to pursue this matter further and will accept my refund and this matter, resolved. Review: Where do I possibly begin? Customer service does not exist at this company. I placed my first order with this company back on 10/**/15. They advertise shipping takes 7-14 business days. THAT'S A LIE. I ordered two products. One item was finally shipped on 12/**/15. The other item, supposedly back ordered. From the multiple direct messages, emails, phone calls that either go to a full inbox or no returned calls 98% of the time.

I have sent countless messages via their [redacted] only for one of their unprofessional staff members cop an attitude and delete consumers original inquiry about his/her order because they don't want to make their business look bad. Guess what? The "holiday rush" is well over and they still don't have their business together. I've spoken to one customer service representative who is very professional. I've gotten multiple apologies and refund is on the way. This order was placed so long ago that [redacted] said they had to issue me a check. I last spoke with the rep on 2/**/16 who promised that I would receive it in 3-5 business days. Still til this day no refund.

I purchased another item 12/**/15. Guess how long it took to ship out? 1/**/16 & 2/**/16. Since 2/**/16 I've left messages on [redacted] and voicemail when it's not full for someone to contact me...still nothing.

As a consumer this company has tested my patience quite far and beyond. They are not professional. Be careful of who you have responding to dm's, comments on [redacted]. When you have hashtags such as #onlycompletemorons #thatdonotread #willcommentwithanswer is so disturbing and distasteful. The owner of this company better do a thorough cleanup starting with the staff members and who you allow to post pictures, reply to comments and put hashtags underneath the photos. Work on warehouse too, because some items that are supposedly in stock end up being back ordered, but are still available to purchase as if it's in stock. At this time, I just want my refund from my order back on 10/**/15.

What's absurd is still not receiving my refund as promised via check in the mail when I was last able to reach a representative on 2/**/16. For the record, there were two orders that had backorders. I'm not a customer that didn't communicate, wait patiently or just wake up one day and start complaining. Even this in itself is time consuming having to go back and forth. What's absurd is a company such as yourself finds that when a consumer asks about their order on social media it's viewed as a negative comment. What furthermore is there to investigate a refund that is owed? I just called and received a voicemail message that "phones are down." Please do your part as promised with mailing my refund check. Just came from the post office and still nothing.

[redacted] I see a different staff member is responding to this complaint. You could have at least spelled my name right. I will never do business with this awful company. A company that doesn't like to own up to their mistakes. Great products, but customer service is poor. Thank you again for lying. Customers BEWARE of their lies. I can screenshot too. Attached is the screenshot of a partial refund of $32 and not $40 for the shirt. Check the timestamp. I received the email yesterday from [redacted] at 8:22pm CST. I will accept this partial refund as I no longer want nothing to do with this company.

I ordered a t-shirt from ServedFresh and was more than pleased with their process. The item itself was good quality and after washing still hasn't faded or shrunk like most other t-shirt companies in this category. The item arrived also within the promised time and was right on time for a special event.

I have since referred many people to ServedFresh who I know have also been pleased. Keep up the good work! I will continue to support you and refer friends!

I am extremely grateful and I was really excited about getting my items I purchase sime of the coolest sweaters I ever owned, and the Claire Huxtable T-shirt love love love it.. Not only is the item Great quality., and when I wash it in the wash machine and dryer it's still fresh and brand-new. I also was impressed with the timely arrival for my items. I truly will shop with this company again and again. Plus recommend to my friends and family. Their names truly represents their company logo served fresh indeed.

Review: I ordered 3 T-shirts from the Served Fresh Collection on September *, 2015. (Order number [redacted]) and I never received my T-shirts. I called several times and I was always told the shirts would be shipping within a week from my call. Finally they stopped answering the phone so I had a friend to call for me and they called her back. She was able to get the ordered cancelled for on October **, 2015 however I never received my refund. I emailed the customer service email for Served Fresh about my refund on October **, 2015 and never received a response. Review: I placed an order on Feb * and received a confirmation that my merchandise would be shipped in 7-14 business days. When I checked in on my status they sent me an email with their terms and conditions that said it may take up to 30 days, etc. After 30 days expired I reached out to Served Fresh again to get a status update and was promised that my order would be shipped by the end of last week. Still nothing. Today is March ** and the status of my order is "unfulfilled". I have requested both a refund and or my merchandise and the company will not do either. I purchased items totalling over $100 three months ago. I've spoken to reps over the phone and sent several emails. I have OT received my items and only continue to get the sane automated response. I have also read several other consumer complaints on their if page which they conveniently remove within hours of receipt. This is definitely a scam site. They hand out free clothing to people with large following in order to llure more people to buy from their site. DO not purchase anything from here!!

Review: I orders the item on 1/**/2016 my daughters Birthday was on the [redacted] I knew It would be to her b-4 then.

I forgot about it so her Birthday came & went so I sent an email through my phone on the 1/**/2016. No response.

So February rolls around and I send another email...no response. after no response again I get online and look it up and find the phone number to the company. I Call...I Call...I Call...Voice mail full. say they have bad weather and the will call back at there earliest. So after calling over 20 times over several days I get a man on the phone and he looks it up and says " I will ship this 2/**/16 wknd". Wknd comes and goes nothing. I call back and get this same man and he tells me they don't use [redacted] or [redacted] ...yet he told me he'd email me tracking. Then he's telling me how he cant get Good Help! I don't give a crap about his issues I've been charged a mth ago & still no product.

I took to Instagram and see they steady posting product that they can't seen to get to the customer and Blasted them about the poor customer service & they'd respond with "call them" and they still didn't answer.

I called my daughter and told her she could call I was done fool with them & the same guy told her he'd send her tracking in an email today 2/**/16...No response. So I reached out to my bank 2/**/16 for FRAUD charges RDesired Settlement: I LIKE FOR THEM TO SHUT DOWN.

[I do Apologize for saying they ..you need to close. I spoke with my daughter and was informed that a tracking number had been sent to her. I do have copy's of text and the email that was sent if ever needed. I ordered on 1/**/16 after being told over the duration of 4wks and counting it was mailed to her. It was ordered on 1/**/16 and it's 2/**/16 and the product is still not in her hands. As a customer I feel my concerns and issues were not met by this company. They seem not to have enough staff to accommodate the order(s ) they are receiving and they say send emails ...they go un-answered, the voice mail is always full ...and they don't return calls but...will respond on Instagram or on this site for some reason. I ordered a T shirt early December for a Christmas gift. I have never received the shirt and it is now April first. I tried emailing multiple times and I also got nothing but automated responses. Disappointed with this distributor and I will be calling the number on the website.

Review: I have ordered a sweater on September ** and paid for it.

The announced delivery was supposed to be done within the 7-14 following business days, which means october [redacted], very last delay.

Today, October 30th, I still did not receive nothing.

After sending a couple of emails, Served Fresh always replied that they would send me the tracking number the week after I sent my email (week of October [redacted], then week of October [redacted], than week of October [redacted] which is this week, and I did not anything, Allo @Served Fresh, it's Friday, week is over)

Such a poor customer experience, I dont' see any kinds of consideration towards customers that paid for a service here. I would not advise anyone to order anything with them, this is painful, and stressful. I have sentDesired Settlement: Delivery of my order by Early November and not having to deal with them ever in my life again. I have never seen that. If they cannot deliver this, I need my money back, period.

It s been allost 4 months now since I placed this order and I did not receive anything. I ve been directly in contact with ServedFresh to sort this out, they had confirmed the item was not shipped, therefore I do not understand this email pretending they shipped the item, and do not mind reshipping it. They know for facts I did not receive anything and whatever their system says, no one is going to make me believe it s not possible to track a shipment with a tracking number! They are just lying. Moreover, I never saw a company that was ready to resend some items to a customer free of charges if they can prove the order was really shipped. In their last email they confirmed they knew I did not receive my order after all this time, and'pretended they would ship it as soon as the ordered item would be available (and even if I knew I was not supposed to wait that long, I accepted their response and they even responded they werr grateful for my patience). Now that I see their lack of consistency given the response they gave you, and that does not reflect the reality of the situation, and the fact that they don t even mind lying, probably to restore a positive image they don t even deserve on the internet because of the poor customer service and poor customer experience they give to several clients, I just want a refund ASAP. They are too unreliable I just want my money back!

Well, bottom line is I just highlighted your lack of professionalism, this has nothing to do with personal feelings, I placed my order in September, 3 months after I did not receive nothing.Now if you want to call it personal feelings, I just call it a very rational customer complaint, you should understand that.Yeah you offered to send another item 2 months after pretending you would deliver my ordered item one week after another... Review: I placed an order August [redacted] and paid via [redacted] pay after delivery. [redacted] drafted the funds from my account 14 days later 9/* but my order had not been shipped. September ** I reached out to the company as I had not received my order. I was told the item will be shipped. September [redacted] I asked for my tracking number and no response and still no shipment. I contacted customer service via email and was told the item has not shipped and I will get a tracking number within 24-48 hours. When will my order really ship? When I asked for a refund I was told per their policy no refunds only store credit so pretty much I guess I will get my order whenever they feel like sending it and I can't get my money back. Extremely dissatisfied and do not like how the company lied. For a $44 dollar shirt I expected way better customer service.Desired Settlement: Refund as this complaint has been filed more than once and is not right. As a consumer I have rights. If the company does not hold up their end of the deal legally it's void!

Review: On April [redacted] I ordered a shirt that was in-stock and almost a month later I have not received my shirt. I was charged for it on April [redacted] and was never notified that the shirt was on back order.. I sent two emails and got no response. I left a comment on their [redacted] page because they were advertising the shirt was available and then they gave me a number to call to check on shirt. I called they said it would ship early the next week and I would get a tracking number. That was a week ago and I still have no tracking number or shirt. I tried calling again and they do not answer and you cannot leave a message because the voicemail is full.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the product I ordered and given a discount or free shipping for any future purchases. Review: I ordered a tshirt from tahiry collection on Jun **, 2015. I never received my order. I was able to talk to few people from the company thru phone. Both times there has been unsuccessful agreement of disputes. On the first attempt they were going to reorder my product and get it shipped to me. It never arrived. The second attempt was to get a refund. I did not recieve email confirmation of any refund processed.Desired Settlement: The company manager need to contact me to find my order placed and issue me a full refund in the original form of payment.
