ServedFresh has never sent me any items! When I spoke with their rep Elijah, he stated that it seems my items were shippedThat is impossible because in an email that they sent, they wrote "when your items are shipped, we will send you a tracking number"(I have attached the email as documented evidence)
I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL:
Giving me my tracking number
I also never received an email telling me which carrier would be delivering my products

The link above is the federal trade commissions rules on being billed for merchandise you never recievedServedFresh has violated some of these rules, especially since I have not received a refund within seven daysAlso, since Served Fresh CLAIMS that there were failed attempts to make payments on December ** 2015, they should have notified me to verify that I was making this purchaseThey did not!

While we appreciate feedback from this long-standing customer, we find the commentary completely absurdCustomer has ordered multiple items from ServedFresh™ on four separate occasionsEach and every time customer received ALL merchandiseOrder referenced by
complaint had ONE back ordered item that customer preferred to have refunded due to delay.While our Terms & Conditions state no refunds, as evidenced by screenshot of our policy we attached -
as a courtesy we cancelled customer's order roughly two months ago on January *** at 4:06PMIf customer refund did not reflect in her account it could have been attributed to the timeframe in which the order was initially placedWe will be sure to investigate this issue and make any amends necessary to resolve this issueHowever, negative comments made on ANY Social Media platform will always be deleted as Social Media is not our

I placed an order with this company on Feb.*** of this yearShortly after on the same day I recieved a confirmation email that my order was placed and would be shipped in about 7-business daysAbout days later I noticed my card was charged for the full amount of my orderIt is now weeks later and I have not received any of the items that I have orderedI called them on March 7th and emailed them on March *** and recieved no response back on either occasionI am asking for a refund because they took my money yet have not sent me any merchandiseAs mentioned before it has been weeksI should have reviewed this company before because many of their complaints say the same thingThey basically just steal your money with no items shipped outI have ordered from smaller websites and I recieved my items in way less timeI am asking my credit card company to fight the chargesCustomers shouldn't have to do this to get what they paid forAnd then no response or replies to phone calls and emailsIf they can't keep up with orders don't accept the customer's money

I recently ordered a shirt from this business on June *, As of me writing this post I have not received my order and they took money out of my account for this order immediatelyI reached out to them on July **, about my order because I ordered the shirt for a vacation that I was going on the first week of AugustThey didn't respond to my post until July **, but in that message they stated that I would receive a tracking number in a few daysNext week will be months since I placed an order with themI am highly disappointed with this because I have done business with them in and did not have these problemsHowever, because of this and feeling jerked around by this transaction I will spend my money elsewhere from now on
