I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Based upon email correspondence with ServedFresh dated June *, 2016, I was informed that while they do not offer refunds, they were providing me the courtesy of refunding my money due to my dissatisfaction with their product. They also stated that my refund was taking longer than expected because refunds are not a normal operation function of their website. I was just issued a merchandise credit and this is unacceptable. I am not satisfied with a merchandise credit of $55.30 when I was told that within 48 hours, my money spent, $55.30, would be refunded. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

Hello,
Customer is a long standing patron of ServedFresh™ and expressed they did not receive ONE item out of many orders.
We fully explained website glitch to customer that allowed purchase of item although not available.
Customer opted for refund which we attempted to process...

on four occasions.Due to timeframe of order placed, refund attempts were unsuccessful.
Customer was mailed payment by check. See attached information for issuance of refund. 
AND statement illustrating cancellation of order.

Customer was refunded March [redacted] at 5:36 PM due to their Unconfirmed Seller Eligibility status with [redacted].
Customer was sent email confirming this information.

Consequently, we are bewildered why this unnecessary complaint was filed in an attempt to discredit the integrity of ServedFresh™.

Hello,
We are completely bewildered by this customer's unnecessary claim.
Per our screenshot attachments, we have ALREADY communicated to this customer what transpired with the aforementioned order,
notified the customer by email what transpired, canceled the customer's order,...

emailed her the cancellation ANDd refunded her in full for this transaction.We find this claim to be a complete waste of the Revdex.com's method and resources to resolve issues as we previously tackled this issue.

Hello,
We are unclear why this customer filed a claim for non-receipt for this product.
We notified each customer who purchased this garment that it was discontinued
1em;"> due to circumstances involving the University it represented.
Emails were sent to this customer on two occasions and a phone call (with voicemail) was made to relay this information.
Customer should call [redacted] for assistance as instructed in our communications as we have no previous correspondence on record from this person.

Good Afternoon,
Like I said in my emails and my initial complaint, all you guys do is lie. My package was never sent until today, that is why my tracking info all of sudden exists. You sent my tracking information to me on the 8th of June but when I would go to track my package, no information existed. All it said on the [redacted] website was shipping information was sent to [redacted], which means you printed the shipping label so that it would generate my auto response shipping email. On Jun **, 2016 I asked for a refund since I never received the shirts you said were sent on * June, response attached. On June [redacted] I received a response telling me you were investigating the missing items, I again asked to cancel my order and issue a refund. On June [redacted] I received a response telling me my order was cancelled and should receive my refund within 72 hrs. Still no package, no refund. So, today not only have I not received my refund, order been cancelled, or received my products but now my items are on the way??? I will wait until Monday and see if this actually happens being that I started this entire nightmare Apr **, 2016. All email correspondence attached.

Our Terms & Conditions clearly state all items ship in 7-21 days not including weekends or holidays
when...

Post Offices are closed.
Additionally this item has already been shipped and delivered.
Proof of Delivery Confirmation has been included with this correspondence.

I ordered a t-shirt from ServedFresh and was more than pleased with their process. The item itself was good quality and after washing still hasn't faded or shrunk like most other t-shirt companies in this category. The item arrived also within the promised time and was right on time for a special event.
I have since referred many people to ServedFresh who I know have also been pleased. Keep up the good work! I will continue to support you and refer friends!

As evidenced by the attached screenshot's customer's order was cancelled almost two months ago.
Several attempts to refund customer were also executed. Delay in refund
may be due to numerous failed attempts of failed customer payment attempts.
Customer was also informed of this information via email (see attached affirmation of our correspondence)
AND telephone yet proceeded to send rude emails using explicit language to our Customer Service staff (see attached).
This behavior is unethical and will not be tolerated by ServedFresh™

Customer received ONE of the TWO items purchased from Order Number [redacted] on July [redacted], 2016.

Customer was informed by LETTER, EMAIL, and PHONE of up-to-date order status but continued to

customer service staff with repetitive questions, threats and insults.Per our discussion with customer yesterday, Order Number [redacted] was cancelled and refunded due to
customer's incessant disposition regarding a back-ordered item AFTER customer received ONE of the TWO items ordered.
A a result, customer's order was cancelled and payment for outstanding item was refunded.
Customer is not due $72.00.
Customer is due exactly $36.00 as customer already received half of their order originally purchased for $45.00 with 20% OFF.

My account has not been 'refunded in full' as stated in the response. However, today I received two emails, a cancellation and a refund notification. I do not see any pending transactions on my account to clarify their actions. I sent an email responding to the company's reply and am waiting a response.

We are not sure why we have received this claim.
Per information provided by the customer, initial item WAS delivered with letter explaining 
why second item did not ship (see attached letter for delivery confirmation).
Back order letter clearly states item...

will be shipped at a later date.Thus, customer received correspondence indicating exactly what transpired.
In any event, customer indicated they would like to receive (second item) which is scheduled to be shipped
shortly.

I placed a order last year around October 2015. Half of my order came and was told that the other sweat shirt would ship later because of back order. I have reached out to served fresh via email as stated to do on website as well as trying to call still no response from served fresh. But I tell you one thing, they didn't hesitate to take my money out my account! Poor customers service and as I can see this has happened many of times before! If anyone read this, I urge you to shop with another business. If you do you are putting yourself at risk for losing your money, no return phone call or email on the matter and no product! Served Fresh is garbage!
