I love the message behind this brand not only do they have cool and fashionable clothing but after receiving my merchandise I was even more impressed with the quality of fabric! Definitely will continue to support this business! Also want to point out the stellar customer service! All of my questions were answered regarding shipment and sizing in a timely manner

Hello, Customer is a long standing patron of ServedFresh™ and expressed they did not receive ONE item out of many orders. We fully explained website glitch to customer that allowed purchase of item although not available. Customer opted for refund which we attempted to process... on four occasions.Due to timeframe of order placed, refund attempts were unsuccessful. Customer was mailed payment by check. I purchased a sweat shirt from Served Fresh on Nov [redacted] (Michael Jackson crew neck)I received the original email which stated that it would take 7-days for the order to shipIt is now Dec [redacted] and I never received any update on the status of my order, however my funds were immediately debited from my accountI'm not sure why it takes them so long to send you a product you purchased but their way of handling things is [redacted] poorI'd advise potential consumers to proceed with caution and if you're looking for a gift for someone to look elsewhere because the shipping is too unpredictableAfter I receive my sweatshirt (God willing) i'm done with them

They also stated that my items would be shipped early the following weekWednesday, August **, I reached out for a status update since I did not receive a tracking numberI received a generic email stating that someone will get back to me within hoursToday, Monday, August **, I reached out to ServedFresh again stating that I no longer want my items, I would simply want a refund at this pointI do understand that this company does not do refunds only exchanges, however I do not have any items to exchange at this timeI am extremely frustrated with the customer service that I have received thus farI know that I am not the only customer experiencing delays with my itemsIf items will take months to be sent, they should let customers know up front how long items can possibly take to receiveThat way customers can make their own decision to move forward with their purchase and not get stuck waiting for items without any update
