In regards to what the company has stated, Never have I heard of a customer who is calling with concerns, not allowed to ask a multiple of questions regarding something they PAID for, that's a part of the company's customer service departments job and what they have stated in their automatic email reply, to suggest that a customer is bombarding that depart after getting NO REPLY after several unsuccessful attempts is absurd. In the beginning I had no issue with the company and with receiving messages it was only later when I didn't receive promised product and shipment confirmation of my outstanding did I begin to have trouble and issues with the company and below par customer service. Never have I once threatened or insulted anyone at said company I informed them that if the situation were not to be rectified I would have to inform my bank of said charges, dispute them, and file a compliant which they, upon empty promises, took as a threat due to their neglect of properly handling the situation as you can see in the emails I will have included. I was given the runaround by this company, so after telling them that I have had enough on their Instagram page and that I would be fling a compliant if my order was not shipped as they continuously promised, they told me via their social media (Instagram) FINALLY yesterday to direct message them my order number, because as I told them after they told me to call again and again, that no one was answering my calls or voicemail's, so I did and expressed again the situation and my grievances I was then told by them in these messages that I would receive a FULL REFUND to rectify the situation and even in these messages I showed respect and was KIND and wished them well but had no intention in any future purchases from their company. NOW, as to why you will not be seeing nor receiving those messages is because the company has since then deleted them once they saw I filed a complaint and is now retracting what they said and what I was PROMISED to receive. In the emails and screenshots I will be sending you will be able to see that I NEVER threatened, nor bombarded, or insulted them I just wanted answers and my product I PAID for, the issue was not the one time that finally did show up it was the false promises of when I would be receive my outstanding item along with the confirmation number, the treatment I received afterward, and now the retraction of the FULL REFUND I was told I would be receiving in 2-3 days from yesterday.

Revdex.com:They are full of it, they finally decided to reach out AFTER my social media posts and complaint to Revdex.com. However, they have offered to reimburse me with a check that should arrive, according to their "supervisor" within 3-4 business days. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

We have reviewed the information provided by [redacted] and find his Revdex.com claim inaccurate and unwarranted.
[redacted] received two out of three items he purchased during the holidays with no issues. At that time he was also informed that the third item
was on...

back-order due to the complexity in production and extremely high demand for that item. He expressed no concerns.He contacted us in regards to his back order item and we expressed the status did not change.
At no time did he express concerns and was satisfied with the extended delay.
Additionally, we had no knowledge of a package returned to us for exchange by [redacted].
We are located directly across the street from our local Postal Courier who delivers mail daily and received no parcel from [redacted]s.
We received no [redacted] or [redacted] package from [redacted] either.
Ultimately, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of any ATTEMPT at delivery to us.
Additionally, our Terms & Conditions clearly state exchanges must be returned within 10 days as all items are custom and exclusive. 
We recommend [redacted] give us a call to resolve this issue as we haven attempted to contact him numerous times by phone but reached his voicemail.

I paid upfront for my order. I never reveiled my merchandise. I waited 6 weeks and had to dispute the charge. Their online policy says it should only take 3 weeks to receive your order. I tried to reach out via email. I got a generic response. I called several times. No one answered and the mailbox stayed full.

I purchased a sweat shirt from Served Fresh on Nov. [redacted] (Michael Jackson crew neck). I received the original email which stated that it would take 7-21 days for the order to ship. It is now Dec. [redacted] and I never received any update on the status of my order, however my funds were immediately debited from my account. I'm not sure why it takes them so long to send you a product you purchased but their way of handling things is [redacted] poor. I'd advise potential consumers to proceed with caution and if you're looking for a gift for someone to look elsewhere because the shipping is too unpredictable. After I receive my sweatshirt (God willing) i'm done with them.

Hello [redacted], As per our terms and conditions (see attached) all items are custom and takes 7-21 business days to ship. We are a very small team and are currently inundated with 1000's of orders. Please note less than 1% of our customers make complaints in regards to customer service...

issues. We need to take the necessary manual steps to go through each order to protect our customers and the business from fraudulent credit card orders. We have had an increase in risk of fraud orders, Hence the reason that we indicate and set our terms and conditions for customers in order for them to decide if they would like to shop with us prior to purchase. We are not going to change our shipping policies. We indicate to customers that it take 24 -48 hours for us to respond to any inquires. Again, our policies are set in place to protect our long standing customers and our small business. We are people of integrity we are not in this business to defraud or steal customers money. In the three years that we have been in business we have NEVER not shipped an order and if we make an error we are accountable for our mistakes. We appreciate every customer. However there is that 1% that goes to the extreme of filing fraudulent chargeback after they receive our products and file claims with the Revdex.com because they have not taken the time to read our terms and conditions. We indicate our policies in the item description, the terms and conditions on our site and in the email the customer receives when they place an order. We aren't quite sure how much clearer we can be with people that are impatient or do not read. We  DO NOT ISSUE refunds because our items are CUSTOM made for each customer. However; we make an exception when an item has been discontinued. We are working diligently to fulfill all orders.

Customer's order was delayed due to Medium Risk of Fraud status that returned in our system (see attached).
This is an automated process generated by our payment vendor due to multiple failed payment attempts.
Based on our records customer's order was since been shipped...

but customer requested refund afterward.Order was cancelled as per customer request.
To process refund we must first receive returned merchandise from customer.

On 2/21/17 an order was placed with Served Fresh. Order Confirmation was sent the same day stating shipping timeframes. An email from Served fresh informing me part of my order had shipped was received on 3/6/17. The partial order and email validation both arrived on 3/9/17. A month passed without any notice on the item that was unfilled. I sent an email on 4/29/17 inquiring when the remainder of the order would be ready and mailed out. I finally got a reply from Served Fresh on 5/2/17 to my email. My issue with the response was that it was generated. Why after almost 2 months do I only get a generated reply? Maybe my thoughts were heard because Served Fresh sent an email stating their website allowed me to purchase an item that was not available. They apologized for the delay and inconvenience. I was offered replacement or store credit. I asked for store credit but did not receive it or any email in reference to it. On 9/9/17, another email was sent asking when the item would be reproduced or my store credit granted. Served Fresh replied on 9/12/17 stating they were addressing the issue. Multiple emails via their "Contact Us" link have been sent since October 2017 without any further reply from Served Fresh. It is now 1/8/18 and I do not have the item or store credit. If given store credit, how can I be sure that I will receive the replacement item? It's almost been a year and I still have a partially filled order #24382 but Served Fresh is still putting out new products.

I have ordered from Served Fresh twice. The first order was slightly delayed but eventually came and the quality was as expected. My second order was placed in August and here it is DECEMBER and I have yet to receive anything. After months of e-mailing and trying to call the customer service line (which might as well be an imaginary number), I finally received an email saying they couldn't ship my order and offered me store credit. At this point, I don't want anything but my money back! Of course my response was never answered. I have filed a claim dispute with my bank as the only way to try to get my refund. I don't know how this company is still in operating if this is how they do business.

All the reviews about having to hunt these people down and basically beg for the order YOU paid for is true. These people don't respond to anything. Although kinda pricey, the product seems nice, I'm assuming, (still haven't gotten mine almost 1 1/2 months later) but definitely not worth the headache. I wouldn't buy again, and recommend that you don't.

This company has an awesome concept, but customer service and delivery times are horrible. I've never experienced such a long wait to receive an online purchase. The actual shipping time far exceeds what the company advertises. I wish I had checked the Revdex.com and other reviews before my purchases...I probably would have never been a customer. Lesson learned.

For a company that prides itself mainly on topics that have gone viral with instant appeal, it would serve the company and consumer better to have a quicker turnaround on the purchased product. I ordered my item in July...its now September and I have yet to receive my purchase. Most of their concepts center around viral topics that fizzle by the time you receive your product. This is the second time I've ordered from this company and will probably be my last. I've incurred more issues surrounding my latest purchase than I did with the first one.

Couldn't be more right about these people

Placed an order and never received order or shipment information. I sent a message on instagram and bam all of a sudden I got my shirts through priority mail. The fit is hortible. I ordered 3 shirts all XXL and 2 of them fit like a small. Will not be ordering from here again.

My experience with ServedFresh has been horrible. I placed an order December 31, 2016. I still have not received my item. I've reached out to customer service several time; most times receiving an automated response. My last real email correspondence said my item would be shipped in a week. I still have not received my item nor have I gotten an actual response from a REAL customer service rep. Yes, I read the policy! It said up to 21 days for the turnover. Well...it's going to be 3 months. All I want is my shirt.
