I am starting to feel like some of the other reviews. The response in the beginning was prompt now it hasn't been any response from when I was told my item would ship a week from when I was contacted. I really was excited to receive my shirt for a gift for my fiancé for V-day in which I ordered well over a month ago now. Now today is the day and I still haven't received a tracking or merchandise.

I was reluctant to write a review, but after reading past reviews on here and the Revdex.com I didn't feel like my issue would get resolved with the company otherwise. It wasn't until I left an assertive email and voicemail that I got a response, "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED AT YOUR REQUEST"...that is not true. From the time I placed my order until I left a message, there had been no movement and no other updates other than the initial one at the time of purchase.

I placed an order on January 13, 2017. I received the same canned response as what others have reported. I reached out on IG and was advised on January 28th that my order ships next week. February 3rd, my order still showed "unfulfilled". The company advised that my order status would update within a few hours; it did not. I reached out three more times within that weeks before getting another response. I was advised to email the address in the bio; which I did. It was then that I felt like I was getting the run around and sent an email advising that I was growing frustrated...I had their attention at that point. They stated their shipping policy and time frame as all other reviews have stated and that they were not used to this type of correspondence for a garment. Again, this is not true. According to reviews and complaints, they are very much used to this type of correspondence. I advised that I would STILL like my order. They indicated that demands are extremely high and they are short staffed (not my problem) and they would move as quickly as possible and that my order would ship next week. Unfortunately, I woke up to an email that my order was cancelled per my request. What poor customer service. Throughout it all, I haven't received an apology, a status on my order, or at this point, my refund.

What I believe is that they knew they would be unable to comply with their shipping policy, 7-21 days for my order, so they cancelled it. Additionally, their explanation that all orders are custom made is giving me pause because there are items on their website that are "sold-out"....how so if items are custom made?

At this point, I STILL would like my shirt as I have promised it to my son. If not, ServedFresh, please make sure I get a refund.

Love the quality and designs of all of the four pieces I've ordered from ServedFresh™. Delivery times may be lengthy due to their hand-made production process but they're definitely worth the wait.

I purchased 2 T-shirts and a crew neck from this company for my birthday. I contacted customer service in regards to sizing and spoke to the customer service rep who was very professional, courteous and well versed in the companies policies. I would shop with them over and over just based on the customer service experience. The quality of the product is very good as well.

Served Fresh has unique clothing that compliments my taste in fashion. I receive my orders in a timely manner and will continue to do business with them

Review: Ordered 2 shirts for $74 online on August **, 2015 and got a confirmation email stating it was going to be 7-14 days to ship. To this date (9-**-2015) I have not received any shirts or emails mentioning any information on the shirts. Went on their website and wrote twice on their contact us page and didn't get a response. Sent an email to [redacted] and didn't get a response.Desired Settlement: Don't want the shirts just want my money.

Hello [redacted], As per our terms and conditions (see attached) all items are custom and takes 7-21 business days to ship. We are a very small team and are currently inundated with 1000's of orders. Please note less than 1% of our customers make complaints in regards to customer service issues. We need to take the necessary manual steps to go through each order to protect our customers and the business from fraudulent credit card orders. We have had an increase in risk of fraud orders, Hence the reason that we indicate and set our terms and conditions for customers in order for them to decide if they would like to shop with us prior to purchase. We are not going to change our shipping policies. We indicate to customers that it take 24 -48 hours for us to respond to any inquires. Again, our policies are set in place to protect our long standing customers and our small business. We are people of integrity we are not in this business to defraud or steal customers money. In the three years that we have been in business we have NEVER not shipped an order and if we make an error we are accountable for our mistakes. We appreciate every customer. However there is that 1% that goes to the extreme of filing fraudulent chargeback after they receive our products and file claims with the Revdex.com because they have not taken the time to read our terms and conditions. We indicate our policies in the item description, the terms and conditions on our site and in the email the customer receives when they place an order. We aren't quite sure how much clearer we can be with people that are impatient or do not read. We  DO NOT ISSUE refunds because our items are CUSTOM made for each customer. However; we make an exception when an item has been discontinued. We are working diligently to fulfill all orders.

The response speaks for itself. It takes up to 7-14 days to ship an order, it's going on 4 weeks and still no shirt. They claim 1% get the custom product then try to use Revdex.com to make some kind of fraud. I have yet to receive my order so no fraud is being done. They respond to emails 24- 48 hours..yet it's taken a week for a response and the only thing that was said to me is "customer service responds to emails as they are received" . I've dealt with with small shops and understand the policies so when I ordered from served fresh I made sure to read the policy so once you have failed to follow your guidelines it is my responsibility to get my product or money back if you fail to communicate. The only one here not following their guideline is served fresh and the sad part is trying to make it seem like the customer who has not received their product that's going on for 4 weeks with no communication is trying to cause fraud.

Review: I placed an order and paid on Nov ** 2015 for 2 tshirts. I received a confirmation email for the order. December **, I emailed them asking about my order, I was advised that my order will be shipped that week and that I will have it by Christmas. It never came. I then contacted the company again on December ** asking about the status of my order, they said that it had been shipped and that I was emailed my tracking number. I never received an email with my tracking number. I then asked for me tracking number TWICE via email AND I've called them and asked for my tracking number, just to be told that they were will email me my tracking number within 5 mins of our conversation ending. That was at 730 pm on Dec **. I received nothing. At this point, I feel that this may be a fraudulent company ESPECIALLY after seeing that there are people that have had the same issue and we're also given the run around. At this point, I no longer want the merchandise, I just want my money backDesired Settlement: I just want a full refund of $77.

 I'm concerned that the business has now come up with 2 or 3 reasons as to why I have not received my order. The first reason was that they had shipped it and that [redacted] had it, that was a lie, they JUST shipped it AFTER I complained to the Revdex.com and complained on social media. The second, was that my address was "incomplete", that was also a lie. The third, was "mid level fraud" due to inconsistencies with my cards billing address and what inputted on the website... Another lie. Oddly enough, they used that same "m I'd level fraud" excuse with another patron. Now, the business has sent me ONE of the shirts I ordered. I am still awaiting the last shirt. Which is a size 3x long sleeve Sade shirt. If they are unable to fulfill that order then I want a refund for that shirt.

We NEVER had a conversation about mid level fraud and it's interesting that I am unable to open the attachments on SEVERAL DIFFERENT devices to supposedly "prove" these convos. As of this morning, I have FINALLY received the remainder of my order. Thank you for FINALLY fulfilling my order. Review: BUYER BEWARE -- Second time burned by this company... but the timeline on this particular issue is as follows:

- January [redacted] - Ordered ONE t-shirt

- February [redacted] - After a whole month with no product and no updates from the vendor, I sent my first "Where's my stuff?" email to their customer service account. I received a canned response including the info "Due to extremely high demand your order is scheduled to ship in 7-14 days. Shipping time varies with product availability."

- March [redacted] - Almost two weeks later, I send my second "Where's my stuff?" email to their customer support account. I received the exact same canned response. Now I'm starting to get vexed.

- March [redacted] - Almost 10 days after my second email and a total of almost TWO MONTHS after my initial order, I send my [redacted] email, this time with the tenor of "No Really... wheeeeere's my stuff?" Included my phone information so that I can be called if necessary. I finally received a non-canned response... but it was still highlighting that “due to high demand item ships in 7-21 days.” I responded that it had now been over FIFTY shipping days (excludes Sundays & observed holidays) since I had initially ordered the item. Commended them on their artistic designs, but noted that their shipping procedures were terrible and they were completely mismanaging customer expectations -- just overall poor business practice.

- March [redacted] - Instead of offering to discount a future purchase, maybe refund the shipping cost on this now extremely delayed item... or at least provide an apology, this company CANCELS THE ORDER, citing my level of frustration as the catalyst. ...Huh? If I wanted to cancel the order, I would have asked for that. I actually want the darn item I ordered!!!

Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I wont be ordering from this company anymore, but wanted to warn future customers about this company's deceptive shipping policies, and underwhelming customer service.Desired Settlement: for the sake of future customers, I would hope that they would revise their shipping policy to accurately reflect the amount of time it takes to ship an item (1 month... 2 months... who actually knows).

I would also like the t-shirt I ordered... but seeing as how they have already shown that their customer service skills are severely lacking, I would not expect them to ship it to me for free in a show of good faith as restitution for the awful customer relations experience I just endured with them. You know, like a great customer-oriented company would. I'll keep my expectations really really low with regards to that...

She apologized for the hard time that I was having with receiving my merchandise and took action immediately I received a complimentary coupon code as well as a free shirt. I received the shirt that I ordered as well and it was of great quality and it exceeded my expectations. I received the merchandise on June [redacted] called me On June [redacted] to assure that I received my shirt and checked on the quality as well. I appreciate her for owning her business and making sure that I was in a good place

I placed my ordered on [redacted] and it is now [redacted] and I still have not received my shirt.
Their customer service is terrible. Every week they tell you its shipping the next week. I understand not being able to ship on holidays but between [redacted] & [redacted] there was one Holiday. Easter which fell 30 days after their 7-18 business day shipping agreements.

I purchased clothing from Served Fresh on multiple occasions and they have been professional, communicative and reliable. The clothing is quality material. Every piece that I received was as described on their website. If I had any questions or needed to change anything, the staff responded to my questions. I respect this business. I have recommended and personally promoted them on my social media account wearing the items that I purchased. I received no free clothing or payment for my social media mention. I will purchase again. They find new ways to excite their customers.

Review: On December *, 2015. I purchased two shirts from this company. The total price was 84.**. In there confirmation email it says due to high demand your order is scheduled to ship in 7-14 days. On December *, I sent them an email asking where my items were. The money has already been taken out of my account. They replied on the [redacted] with an email stating they need 48 hours to reply. On December [redacted] I received a response stating due to high demand the item will ship in 7-14 days. Once its shipped I will receive a tracking number. I've emailed this company several times. I have no shirts. They never emailed a tracking number. Today it is December [redacted]. I emailed them again on 12/**/15 asking about my purchase. There response on 12/**/2015 was my order was scheduled to ship in 48 hours it should arrive before Christmas. I have not received the merchandise I have paid for. I have not received a tracking number. I've even asked this company for a tracking number on Instagram. They replied very rudely. Said it was emailed to me. Which was also false.Desired Settlement: I want the items I paid for. I want them to be better organized. No way should a customer have to wait this long almost 3 weeks for items paid for 3 weeks ago.

 I have attempted to contact them directly many times and no one returns my phone call. My return would have been within a timely matter if someone actually responded to me. It took OVER a month to receive my merchandise and then the merchandise I received had a cut tag on it with a stamp in place of the tag. There was missing detail that was shown online that was not on the sweatshirt. I have complained online on their social media and my comments were deleted and never responded to. No one reached out to me after inspecting the merchandise to tell me there was a disagreement. Last contact I had with their customer service, after looking up my order, I was told to expect a credit within 2-3 days which never happened.

Review: I purchased 3 items from this company on 1/**/16 and paid $115.05 I received an email advising due to high demand my order would ship in 7-14 business days. I waited the requested time per the email before reaching out for an update on my order. I was advised someone would contact me and when they did they advised there was a delay but my items would ship soon.

An email was sent 3/*/16 advising there was a slight delay in my order shipping due to the volume of orders for the Panda tee but my order would ship next week.

I sent a follow up email due to my order still saying unfulfilled on 3/**/16 requesting an update or a refund and I received an email advising of a response within 48 hrs but I have yet to receive a response and as of today my order is still saying unfulfilled.Desired Settlement: I would like the items I purchased and I don't feel as though I should be responsible for shipping due to the time it's taken to fulfill my order. The response from the business is incorrect I waited the requested time from the original email after three order was placed.  After allowing that time I sent slither follow up and was advised my order would ship the following week due to the delay.  It has now been another 2 weeks since that response and the order still has not shipped.  Advising the product will ship shortly is the same response I've been receiving for an order placed 2 months ago. How is that acceptable if you can't fulfill orders wait until you have the product is very simple. No one should wait 2 months for an item that wasn't specially ordered.  NOT ACCEPTABLE RESPONSE!

Review: On August [redacted] I purchased 2 t shirts which were 40$ a piece plus 10$ shipping I received the xl which ran small and emailed them about the return/exchange but to dis day I've gotten no response and never received my 2nd t shirt. It is now September [redacted] .. The invoice said allow 7-14 days delivery. I've left several voicemail messages to the # provided and several emails and nobody gets back to me! They kept advertising they had the merchandise available on Instagram. But I don't seem to get my order! When I left a comment on their Instagram page about no receiving my items, whoever manages the account commented back to me and told me to stop having a tantrum! Hello [redacted],After shipping this customers initial order it was brought to managements attention that she is a medium risk of fraud (see attached). We contacted her in attempt to notify of her this to no avail. We are not supposed to ship items until a customer has indicted that they are authorize to use the card on file with a risk of fraud order and that the shipping address is correct. We received no reply from our attempts  to contact Janet. Also we do not issue refunds on CUSTOM items however; she can return the product and receive a store credit as we cannot resale a custom item. We would like to resolve her issue as best we can.

At this point I want nothing but my money back including the shipping cost! I will not be spending anymore of my money towards this so called company so I will keep the defective XL tee shirt but I want my money back for the medium tee shirt I ordered including the shipping cost which was $10 making it a total of $50 refunded to me! The company never notified me about the different addresses on the credit cards! Both addresses are mine by the way.  The second address is my mothers home which I get everything deliver to her address because I'm never home! It disgust me that they want to make me look like I'm a fraud! I had made several attempts via email and voicemail to check status on my order and never received a response till now that I got the Revdex.com involved.. If they thought I was commuting credit card fraud, why were they so quick to charge my card and not report me?!? They just took my money and didn't send my item! All in all.  Please Refund me my $50 for the medium tee I never received and the shipping costs! Thank you

Review: I order from this company on Jan ** 2016. I was informed that it would take 4 weeks (business days) in order to recieve the merchandise. On Feb ** 2016, I called the company in order to be provided a status for my order, I was told that I would recieve a shipping invoice in my email later that day. I didnt recieve anything. I have also sent several emails to customer service in order to recieve a status or update on my order. I recieved no response.Desired Settlement: I would to either recieve my order within 2 business days of reciept of the complaint, or a full refund of the almost 300 dollars I spent. Not a store credit.
