Hello,
We are completely confused by customer claims. Initially customer stated they were not communicated to.
There recent correspondence stated they were. Customer resorted to numerous inaccurate claims via Social Media in lieu of our correspondence.
Customer must contact us by phone at ###-###-#### for assistance.
We consider this matter closed until that time.

We are completely bewildered by this claim as customer's order was cancelled and refunded.
Customer was also notified by email. See attached screenshots.
It is imperative for our valued customer to review shipment scheduled prior to ordering.

I have read Served Freshs' response and I respectfully disagree.  I originally placed my order December *, 2015.  I received 2 of the 3 items and a note that said if I don't receive my last item within 2 weeks that I should call.  I tried to do that and in fact I gave them more than two weeks and they never answered the phone so I sent a message via [redacted].   They only called me AFTER I contacted [redacted] for a refund/complaint.  
I have receipts, social media posts, [redacted] correspndonce, emails where I have tried to reach them to resolve each and every issue and getting a response is hit or miss. This originally went through [redacted] customer service who told me I was scammed.  Because I had talked to Mr. Elijah H[redacted] I closed my case with [redacted] thinking I would get my last item.  I did not .  I was also told to return the sweater for exchange and they never picked up the package per [redacted].  That is not my fault.  I have in an email where they said 2 weeks ago my items would be shipped and I would also be reimbursed for all my shipping costs that I have incured.  My last email to them was on April [redacted] and I still have not received a response.  My last phone call was yesterday, April [redacted] and no one answers.  The message says that there phone system is down and has said that for weeks.  
At this point I no longer want to do business with them since they can't provide the merchandise I paid for in full.  Not only that, they are not taking responsibility for what they are not doing which is making this situation right. I have no reason to go back and forth for four months about clothing.  I could be doing something else but it's the principle and I work hard for my money!
I would like a refund for the shirt, the crewneck and the money I spent sending the crewneck back to them twice.  I am very disappointed.  Again, I have documentation of everything but for now I have attached some of the emails as well as my UPS receipts.

The complaint by this customer is completely unwarranted and unnecessary.
Customer was notified of shipment several days ago and [redacted] Priority Mail Tracking information was also provided to customer by email.

We are completely confused as to why this customer filed a complaint.
Our Terms & Conditions, Product Descriptions, & Order Confirmation Emails clearly state items ship in 7-** or...

7-**
days due to extremely high demand. This timeframe does not include Sundays or holidays when Post Offices are closed.
If this order was was placed on November [redacted] we are still within our documented shipping schedule.
We are also available by phone AND email from 11AM - 7PM for up-to-date order information
but have received no correspondence from this customer inquiring about this order.
 
In any event this item is scheduled to ship later this week as outlined by our website.

Hello,
Customer received merchandise within timeframe specified on our website (during the holidays) and expressed
they received the wrong items. We instructed the customer to send back merchandise to verify their complaint.
reimbursement for shipping would also be included if...

customer claim was accurate. 
We're not sure what transpired with delivery of customer's parcel BACK to us, but we only physically received the product
THIS PAST WEEK. We have communicated with customer via telephone today and are actively working with the customer
to either provide a refund or exchange returned items.

Customer's order returned in our system for having a High Risk of Fraud. Thus, order took far longer than expected to authenticate in our system.
We have attached two screenshots to illustrate what reflected in our system for customer transaction.

Upon approval, ONE of customer's items was shipped and delivered as the second was on back order due to the
extended timeframe of order approval. Customer was emailed the [redacted] Tracking Information consequently we 
were surprised by this complaint. Screenshot of delivery confirmation for first shipment is attached.
 
We have communicated with customer by phone and are currently awaiting how to proceed.

On Monday, July **, 2016 I placed an order for two shirts on the website [redacted] I immediately received an email stating that my order would be processed within 7-21 days. On Tuesday, August *, 2016 I made my first contact with ServedFresh looking for a status update on my items. ServedFresh then responded that I would receive a tracking number by the end of the week. I did not receive any tracking or shipping information by the conclusion of that week. I reached out to ServedFresh again on Monday, August *, 2016 stating that I am growing frustrated with their customer service and that I am still waiting for a tracking number or an update on why I have not received one at this time. Wednesday, August **, 2016 I received an email stating "We experienced a slight delay with order fulfillment due to the volume of orders placed for the When Doves Cry Tee." They also stated that my items would be shipped early the following week. Wednesday, August **, 2016 I reached out for a status update since I did not receive a tracking number. I received a generic email stating that someone will get back to me within 48 hours. Today, Monday, August **, 2016 I reached out to ServedFresh again stating that I no longer want my items, I would simply want a refund at this point. I do understand that this company does not do refunds only exchanges, however I do not have any items to exchange at this time. I am extremely frustrated with the customer service that I have received thus far. I know that I am not the only customer experiencing delays with my items. If items will take months to be sent, they should let customers know up front how long items can possibly take to receive. That way customers can make their own decision to move forward with their purchase and not get stuck waiting for items without any update.

I ordered April 2 it will be June 1 tomorrow and I have not received anything..they don't respond or contact u or answer their phones.ots a scam company..this is the reason we cant mess with our own ppl. This company is a RIP off..I have never experienced anything like it..I saw a review on youtube..wish I would have seen it before ordering. I hate I gave this company the time of day. According to their website ServedFresh partially shipped my merchandise as of today (November [redacted]). For clarification My completed order has not been fulfilled. . I am requesting for my complete order be shipped to me. I have attempted to contact  ServedFresh on multiple occasions and they have failed to respond in any form. I understand unexpected delays but I do not accept lack of communication explaining so. 
I have attached a screenshot of the email containing the tracking number sent today, November [redacted]. It also states that SOME ITEMS WERE SHIPPED. Not the complete order.

 I received a similar email back in September and never received anything.

Customer will be mailed a check within 3-5 days for full amount of their purchase
and return shipment of 55.30 in an effort to resolve this ongoing issue.

My complaint is not having my questions answered. There is no reason why it should have taken this long for something I paid for in June and you give me a gift card for what? If I have to go through this all over again and pay shipping the $50 gift card means nothing. You conduct business very poorly
