Hello!
We did receive the letter from Seterus, however they have not satisfied our inquiry I called Eric back and he has yet to return my call Below are the steps that I'd like them to address, these are the same items I requested in my original letter to them Attached is the signed authorization for release of information to the Revdex.com
Confirm if the original check has been cancelled since we have it in our possession If it has not been cancelled, we can cash it and this will be solved
Expidite the investigation and provide a date when it will be finished THey have been investigating since October 14th It doesn't take that long to determine if a check has been cashed As I stated above, we have the original check
Thank you for our assistance for helping me resolve this money to ensure we receive our escrow balance They have had it for almost months and this is not how they should treat their customers

Complaint: ***, I am rejecting this response because: The bone of contention is not about the fact of my being late in January or February; but the way it is presented in the credit report that makes it seem (to every business I deal with) as though I am behind my

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I presume due to your inquiry they decided to resolve my issueOn August 16th I received my refund in full of $398.04, the amount I overpaidThe interesting part they dated the letter and check for August 9, I thank you for any help you provided in resolving this issue because they were not working with me to resolve this issue within a timely manner and always putting me off
