Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: this company has done nothing to fix the over charges. I have sent pages showing what I am talking about with over payments in late fees to me? I have many more to show IF there was a way to add more to this message? Seterus has not shown you that they did or did not over charge me and hold my money when it was to be added to my payments? I tried for over days to deal with this company and I can not! They are not a nice company and very rude and I would like for the Revdex.com to try to fix this....how can I sign papers with you or them to get them to release these statements to you?Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The representative from Seterus were entirely, absolutely in now way going to take any steps on their own to provide any level of customer service AT ALLI sat thru NO LESS THAN TEN HOURS on hold, my money IS STILL not returned to me Bank of America sent the letters Seterus required but were in no way going to contact anyone to say they didn't like the verbiage I was told they would have sent a letter!! Sent a letter! A $mortgage payment was sent twice and Seterus requires Bank of America to state the refund is being requested because it was duplicate and not as a result of me not having enough money in my account to pay my mortgage bill! Seterus, for some reason cannot use their own systems to show I made two payments Seterus takes NO RESPONSIBILITY to provide any customer service AT ALL.
Now, as of yesterday, 8/22/2016, I learn that Seterus could not wire my funds back because someone on their end input the wire details incorrectly for Bank of America!! Are you kidding me? I was informed by Gregory P*** on 8/17/that is was possible that wire transfers dont work!! WHAT?? You don't have proper details to (ACA# in this case) to wire funds TO BANK OF AMERICA???? Likely the largest banking institution in the country??? Does this not seem entirely ridiculous??
Now EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY OTHER BILLS IS LATE AND I AM INCURRING LATE FEES!! I have paid my mortgage on time for five years straight Have required minimal customer service and this level of assistance is pathetic and causing me GREAT HARDSHIP!!
This was my mistake in the first place Big deal! I cannot believe I must remain SO OBLIGATED to play by the rules and Seterus has ZERO obligation to help me or even have systems in place to do so effectively If I could move my mortgage I would love to! I owe late fees on all my credit cards, utilities, cell phoneand I have absolutely no recourse at all

I am rejecting this response because:my husband spoke to *** *** today and besides being rude - she was absolutely no help *** *** says she will personally submit our request AGAIN but I can't imagaine she'll do it and if she does I expect there will still be no resolution *** *** is very good at double-talking but that is all she was good for Complete waste of timeSorry Revdex.com to waste your time - we appreciate your service *** *** & Seterus get an "F"
