first, since the last response was sent I thank you for your assistance, [redacted].  I am upset that the offers even listed in this last letter were never offered to us previously, and that we were never contacted to let us know that our payments were being held.  Then to have to deal with the customer service line, and get misinformation several times, only compounded the issue.  We will be setting up a separate account to do electronic payments, in which we will only keep the amount owed each month for payment.  We still feel that we must check every time with Seterus the payment was received, because due to the mismanagement of our issue we almost lost it all!  I would hope that your company would take it upon itself to own up and remove these items from our credit report.  Thanks again to [redacted], we now feel this issue has been resolved and the auction date was lifted.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:we received a letter from lender stating the $1,076.27 utility bill was there mistake made in May 2015, and was realized in June of 2015, but it is just now being corrected and a new payment was issued for the month of Jan 2016 in the amount of $490.97. Thank you it's about time.
In May of 2015 lender was paid $4,326.57 to keep property out of foreclosure.This included payments of $542.75 for Dec, 2014, Jan, Feb, Mar, April, May, 2015 plus other outrageous fees for attorney and inspections for a total of $4,326.57. this is how they broke it down, this is their payment plus escrow fees...Dec 2014 402.25+111.45 =$513.70, Jan 2015, 402.25+111.45=$513.70, Feb 2015, 402.25+51.17=453.42, Mar 2015, 402.25+51.17=$453.42, April 402.25+140.50=542.75, May 402.25+140.50= 542.75.
These 6 months plus other fees added up to the $4326.57.
June,July,Aug 2015 I also paid $542.75 each month. Sept, Oct, 2015 I paid $623.88 each month. Nov, Dec, 2015 I paid $607.29 each month.
Lender has been overcharging me for over a year. Since Dec of 2014 lender has charged me $7110.35 to Dec of 2015. If my payment should have been $490.97, my total for same time frame should have been $6382.61 leaving a difference of $727.72 that I was overcharged during that time period. Also I paid lender Dec 2014, Jan, Feb, Mar 2015 $1609 ($402.25 per month) That is a total of $2336.72 I have been overcharged during this time.
All I have received from lender is an oops!!! They are sorry for the inconvenience. No mention of a refund or even a credit.
Now my payment is $490.97 and that is still based on a deficiency in my escrow in the amount of $480.89 which if I paid in full my payment would be $450.90. Being the generous people they are, they are spreading the $480.89 over 12 months making the payment $490.97. I feel the lender has overcharged plenty to cover any deficiency, and I should get back the balance of the $2336.72 once the deficiency is taken care of.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have not received mentioned letter.  Additionally, I called and discussed letter with Damien who states letter should come sometime and it is delayed due to UPS.  He states that in letter it agrees they received the information in my claim on dates I stated but they need time to process and will be sending me a letter again in 30 days from receipt of current letter.  Seterus is once again delaying for their own benefit with no promise of true resolution.
