We do not accept the apology from Seterus offered by MrG***MrG*** apologized for "not communicating the process to complete a refund" when his apology should have been for not following the company policy and refunding our money since we did, indeed, meet the criteria to have our money refundedHe says in the attached letter:
"In order to complete a refund it is generally a day hold unless we receive documentation specifically expressing the funds in question will not be returned on a bank letter head." I suppose you meant, MrG***, that Seterus needed to receive documentation on bank letterhead, and not that the funds in question would be returned on the letterhead! At any rate, Seterus did not provide a template for what the letter should contain, so the letter sent by *** ***, dated 11-16-should have been enough to release our moneyI would have been more impressed, MrG***, if you had simply acknowledged that Seterus had no intention of refunding our money, regardless of the policy or any documentation received on bank letterhead.
We ask again that Seterus sell our loan to another lenderYes, we realize we can go into any lending institution and have the loan refinanced, but we are not in the wrong here

I am rejecting this response because: I gave verbal and written consent twice for Seterus to release information to the attorney who is handling my refinanceI was informed by Seterus that they could only snail mail out the form for release of information and that I could only snail mail it back (that process alone would have taken weeks further delaying a process that has already been delayed by this company). If Seterus never releases information then that would not allow for anyone to have the ability to refinanceIt appears to me that this is just a tactic to ensure my loan stays with SeterusAnytime I would call I could never get a supervisor on the phone or get transferred to the correct department I was consistently told "we don't do that"Seterus has drawn this out as long as possible

Contrary to a letter from Damian G*** of SETERUS Inc to you dated October 15,2015, in which he stated that the issues have been addressed, the issues have not been addressedSETERUS continues to hold on to the bulk of the insurance funds meant to repair the propertyThey have only released a total of $26,out of $119,We have made several telephone call to them to no availSome of their telephone operators have hung up on us on three occasionsThey have stated foreclosure proceedings, knowing fully well that this is a rental propertyThe mortgage is paid from rent proceedsWe need a substantial amount of the insurance funds released so we can repair the property and rent the property

My previous case number *** was closed prematurely and my case remains unresolved from Seterus stating that they are still trying to resolve the issue of increasing my mortgage payment by almost $due to the unfounded claim I have not paid my property taxI have documented evidence from the state that my property tax was current and they have no justification to increase my mortgage by almost $Every week I receive statements from Seterus stating that they are looking into the matterI have been receiving these letters since September only to have my mortgage increased to pay an unfounded claim in order to try an create an hardship to make matters worseNo the case has not been resolved and I continue to receive lettersThen my second notice from your company is that you are closing my case because you did not hear from meAre you not suppose to hear from the company so they can tell you the resolutionI believed that I read in your statement that it would take up to days to resolve.I do have documented statements and the Revdex.com is suppose to help people and not coverup a bad situationIf I have to write to the TV stations on consumer reports, find a lawyer then I will do that but I will not sit quietly so hopefully this situation will be resolved in a quiet manner or I will go to the next step...Thank You By the way I already paid my property tax for Thank You
I would like a written apology, I would like my money to be refunded, and I would like my mortgage to be returned to the original amount when I first got transferred to Seterus
