Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I just received a letter from seterus claiming that they did not fix the monthly statement for 11-since they are trying to cut back on their carbon foot printFor the month of 12-the statement will be fixed
1) If you trying to cut back your carbon foot print or whatever, why do you keep sending the same nonsense over and over to my home for years now? you are wasting paper
2) On 19-I received the monthly statement for 12-and seterus is still doing their phony charges of $still have not fixed anything
they must stop their phony charges, and get with *** ** *** and fix my damaged credit that they have damaged with their lies and send me a $million dollar check to cover the damages

I am perplexed and saddened by the difficulty taken to resolve this matter

I did receive the response from Seterus which still does not address the direct issues that I listed Instead of answering the specific questions, the continue to repeat a standard answer If Seterus did, it would save us all a lot of time.
I did not dispute that Seterus sent a Welcome package which they keep sending me a copy of the Welcome packet What I stated is that they did not send me that packet until AFTER my SECOND payment to them I paid May and June before they sent me any informationI also stated that they did not provide me with the beginning balance within the daysI have not been able to match the balances from one servicer to the next I also did not agree with the ending balance of *** which is noted in my complaint Sharron seems to be speaking for both agencies now
The mortgage loan holder must be informed of his loan-servicing sale days prior to the saleFurthermore, the new loan servicer must inform the loan holder not more than days after completion of the transferIn the event of a loan-servicing concern or complaint, the consumer can contact the local Revdex.com or the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the National Affordable Housing Act
In summary, consumers should not be disturbed that their mortgages are being sold on the secondary mortgage market to other lenders and investorsMortgage bankers are in business mainly to sell their mortgage loans on the secondary mortgage marketThe secondary mortgage market is an integral part of the American real estate market and economy in general
Rules that apply to a change in mortgage servicer:
You must be notified in writing of the change by both your original servicer and the new one, noting the date of transfer and contact information of the new servicer
The new servicer must honor the terms and conditions of your original mortgage agreement, with the exception of those directly related to servicing the loan
You must be notified of any changes to terms of your homeowners insurance
During the transfer, you have a 60-day grace period during which you cannot be charged a late fee if you mistakenly send a mortgage payment to your old servicer
Put any questions or disputes you have with the new servicer in writing and continue to make payments while you settle the dispute
Federal law requires the servicer to investigate your disputes and make any corrections within business day
I had to pay an registered mail/return receipt for my MAY payment to *** as Seterus had not notified and *** told me not to send the payment to *** I was trying to keep my mortgage currrent
I suggest that they read the complaint and address the issue of excessive interest paid on my part, the payment that was applied as instead of which is what I pay each month + the $Principal payment, Why the $was not applied when received (payments in one month), why my mortgage increased times, etc.
I tried to call and speak with Sharron B*** last night and was told by Tonya that Sharron does not have a direct line, does not take calls, and does not have voicemail.
I just received a notice of increase to my escrow on 8/that was dated 6/22/which I saved the envelope, but it shows how they falsify documents and back date them In addition, I received my August statement/payment notice on 8/where I already submitted the payment, but Tonya informed me that they do not need to provide me with statements or invoices I can provide this proof to youAlso why would my escrow increase months after I sent a check for Over $to bring me current only months ago?

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have gone in person to the local office and they have STILL not resolved my issues or corrected their accounting mistakes. This is an accounting mistake they apparently make on every new loan they buy and is an effort to fraudulently get money they are not entitled to from mortgage holders. There is no online banking option - you can have an online account, but any payments have to be sent through a third-party website (Western Union) and there is a fee for this.
This company preys on individuals with limited means and resources.
Please continue investigating this company, and please revise your "B" score for them on your website. Just because they respond to complaints does not mean they actually resolve them or make any productive changes.

Unfortunately all parties can not sign. I'm divorced from [redacted] since 2010, hence the reason for the refinance that I mentioned in the complaint. He and I aren't in the same state,  I actually don't have a clue as to where he lives. My name is the only name on my deed, as he signed the property over to me. I am the person who filed the complaint as I make all the payments on this loan, alone.

I am enclosing on-going correspondence with various agencies regarding the issue withSeterus.Again, it is their error and their website that reflects a broad undertow of behavior that isharmful to the consumer. Please ask Seterus:Was their website positioned to notify the consumer of an input error? No, IN FACT,confirmation number was given and no error was received by consumer on any date pastconcerning confirmation did not go through.Also, please inquire about the "multiple outbound contacts" referenced in the July, 2016letter from Seterus.I am the sole account on this loan. My phone number is [redacted]. This is my business and personal phone and the number documented on the loan. I can providerecords from Verizon that no incoming call received from Seterus during the time inwhich they allege that contact was being made. In fact, I was the initial person trying to research from their staff as to the status of the payment. Do not give my phone number tothem without first inquiring as to the number they were calling. Please obtain that number and forward to me with dates and times associated.In addition, since Seterus recommends the utilization of their website, please have them provide any email that would notify consumer of the "past-due" status. My email addresson file is [redacted] and my wife's email is [redacted] Again, she is not on the loan as I am the sole account holder as I gave her email address to you just in case they may have sent an email to that address.Moreover, in all the correspondence to and from Seterus, Mr. [redacted] whom has neverbeen involved with in depth correspondence is now the person responding, not Mr [redacted].Mr [redacted] is located in the corporate office and NOT ONCE as you note did Mr [redacted] oranyone at Seterus make reference to "multiple outbound attempts" to contact me.Was the consumer given mis-leading information about the status of the account? Yes, Please review the enclosed documents as to the date and times of Seterus staff giving consumer incorrect information and later an apology from Mr. [redacted]. But NO CHANGE in reporting me incorrectly to the credit bureaus.Please note Seterus's less than stellar rating as well as the Fannie Mae organization isinvestigating continuing to allow their loans to be "serviced" by these type of institutions.
I appreciate your time and "digging" further into this issue to change the reporting on my account to the credit bureaus.
