Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I received a letter stating I still currently owe April payment...which I noted in my complaintThe letter did not provide a decision on application that was sent in December nor did it explain why the process they note as days on paperwork has not happened months laterIt explained the modification section does not take phone calls...and the bill collectors field calls and provide updates as given Yet to date I have nit received an "update"In fact the letter said "we apologize for any confusion in regards to process"....which makes it seem like the customer is at fault...even though their own paperwork said a response would be rendered within daysI'm not confused at allTheir business practices are suspect and an audit should occur.
Maybe training the "customer service representative" to say that their company doesn't have a modification unit that speaks with the customer unless "they need to clarify information" and that they are not privy to information pertaining to modification applications would be less confusing

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:*** ** signed the release*** is the only executor on file with Seterus incAll new bills and any other paper work from Seterus goes to *** *'s address in care of, for *** ** Seterus Inc has been speaking, and handling all business associated with *** account, with ***, since April I can send a copy of the billing statement showing ***s name and address c/o *** if necessary.Also, Seterus was sent a written request (per policy) to release all information on what was thought to be a lien but was later said to be a utility bill in the amount of $1,that Seterus paid and are now charging us forSeterus could not give us any information on who was charging this bill, who it is charged to, or the address where it was chargedSeterus just paid it and forwarded the charges to the mortgageNow it is up to us to figure out where and from whom the charge came fromI know this has nothing to do with why I am responding to this letter but I wanted this on record.Sincerely,*** ***
