Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: what about the apology owed to me for the insult from your customer service manager who said he would "split the fee with me"?  Do you realize how ridiculous that is?  I hardly care about your $40, it's the insult that really bothers me - not to mention the lack of technology and notice that my payment would be missed because of my adjustment.   Even your customer service rep said she notified management that this was a recurring issue with your customers; yet, you fail to fix it. Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:To begin, Seterus has completely lied to me regarding getting back to me after leaving multiple messages on a number they gave me to contact them.  I would encourage the Revdex.com to try out the phone number themselves to see how legitimate it is (Damian G[redacted]).  Seterus claimed they tried calling me back, but they have no proof of this.  If they did call me back, why not leave a message?  Also, I called customer service after trying to call Damian G[redacted] and leaving messages.  After waiting on the phone for about an hour, I spoke with a representative who told me that Seterus will not do anything regarding my situation and that I'd have better luck going through the credit bureaus.  When I told him that my main concern now was trying to contact this Damian G[redacted], I was told that the number given to me doesn't go to anyone particular and that they won't contact me back.  I believe this along with the many lawsuits out against Seterus proves their lack of character and morale.  To say that the lawsuits currently pending and settlements don't apply to me are wrong, but perhaps I'll save that for another complaint.  I have asked multiple times for various paperwork that I have yet to receive.  First of all, I've asked for all the copies of the papers they received from me.  The document shows that 12 pages were sent to them, however, they are only showing pages 5-8.  Also, on October 5, 2011, Seterus sent me a letter stating that they had received paperwork from me. "We are pleased that you have contacted us requestingassistance on your loan and are writing to acknowledge receipt of some or all of the components of the BorrowerResponse Package that you sent to us recently."  I would like to receive copies of this paperwork as well.  Lastly, in the letters provided to me from Seterus, they said that they would notify me within 5 days of receipt of the papers sent if I needed any other paperwork, however, Seterus didn't do that.  Once again, I'm asking that Seterus take some responsibility in this matter by taking the foreclosure off of my credit.  It's already been on my credit for over 5 years, so I feel that this is a fair compromise.

I did receive their letter, and they are still talking nonsense.
1) Couple of months ago I received a letter from setures that no payments wore missing I (if setures wants to see the letter I can bring it to their phx office but they must pay me for time), and it was all a mistake carried over from [redacted], and setures will fix the mistake, but setures is still sending me phone monthly statement of almost $1400 in the second letter I received on 12-11-2016 setures talked about what day of the month the payment is due, and I when the payment of $667 is due. bunch of nonsense as usual. (I know what day the payment is due I have been paying for this account since 2003 on time every month) They send me over $1300 statement but they claim the payment of $667 is due. The payment should actually be $661 a month.
2) setures must fix my credit that they have damaged with their lies.setures must send me $35 million check for all the damage and years harassment they have done.  [redacted]
