Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Rather than adjusting my payment to reflect date originally received in early October 2015, they have now modified it to reflect receipt as of mid-December 2015. Seterus is acting in utter bad faith when the requested correction was simply to adjust payment receipt date from early November to early October. Modifying the date to mid-December has worsened an already erroneous matter, and indicates Seterus representatives are willfully acting negligently or without minimal professional competence.
Please continue to work to assist me to resolve this complaint. I am also soliciting legal assistance to pursue a civil matter against Seterus for negligent and/or fraudulent behavior relating to this matter.Sincerely,*** ***

Seterus continues to send generic responses when I file complaints this matter is serious which concerns property and the possible lost of my home with a family of four becoming homeless Again I wait for Seterus to begin a detailed and serious explanation why they are still in business with the way situations are handled I have done some investigation of my own on the company and base on other consumers they are the top worst
