Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because all I received was a letter stating what I already know: that Seterus has still not send the documents that they promised months ago. After reviewing the latest response letter from Seterus it did have the attachments that were previously mentioned ncluding the Notice of Sale.  Here are 2 issues to bring up.
1.  The phone call that was noted by Seterus on 9/12 did not occur with my wife.  We have 2 children, ages 3 yrs and 6 months so my wife would not have the time to sit down and call Seterus especially if there was no reason to call in.  Perhaps a recording of the call was saved to find out who exactly who it was that called in?  
2.  We did not receive the Notice of Sale letter at our change of residence but we did receive 2 other letters with the same type of format but they were not Notice of Sale letters.  I have attached these for review.  Not sure why we received those letters but not the Notice of Sale because our change of address was already processed with the post office since we were getting other items from Seterus.   After being told about the sale I went to the property to check the mail one last time and the post office did place a note that it was vacant so all mailings would have been forwarded.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the second response states that they simply stand by their first response, which contained no information or directions. This second response again directed me to make mortgage payments but did not include information on how to make payments to the mod loan instead of the old loan that still remains on record due to problems that Seterus has made clear were on their end and not mine. Moreover, this response AGAIN conflicts with information and directions received from Seterus phone reps before and after it was written. It appears that no research into the problem was performed and I received another blanket response. Sincerely,[redacted]

[redacted] Home Loans Inc.(formerly Seterus Mortgage) still has not resolved my situation. There are payments that I have not been given credit for and Seterus is trying to foreclose on my home illegally. I just called Seterus on Oct. 5th and was told by Ms. Chris J[redacted] that they would not speak to me and that a letter was sent to me that I would get in 5 days. Why am I waiting again under the treat of foreclosure? I still have not been given the opportunity to speak with a vice president as I requested, regarding the accounting discrepancies. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I fear if I accept the response that Revdex.com will close this claim.   Closure of this claim prior to receiving the "written response" from Seterus is premature as until I can view their intent I cannot reasonably make a determination as to my satisfaction.  As soon as the referenced correspondence is received I will notify you and update this claim. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
1. How is it not the responsibility of my loan servicer to provide the borrower with a loan amortization schedule?  I did not choose Seterus as my loan servicer.  This loan was originally opened through [redacted] and changed to [redacted] who changed to Seterus.  Because if it were by choice I would never choose to use Seterus to service my loan.  I can't change loan servicers without being charged to do so.  So it is Seterus responsibility to assist their borrowers with information they need in order to best serve all parties.  As per NYS law I am entitled to an accurate account of all payments made since the origination of this loan and that's what I want.  All principle, interest, escrow payments.  Seterus has 60 days.  You keep quoting me NYS law but you are not following the law.  Here's a link I suggest the company read it.

2. As per your understanding of the law that Seterus is obligated to have notices sent out each time you are contacted by telephone, website or written correspondance, this only applies if there is reason to believe that their are errors in the account.  Not every time I access the [redacted] website with my user name and password.  If there's a change to my account notify me, if theres an adjustment to my profile notify me, if I request any information notify me.  DON'T NOTIFY ME THAT I ACCESSED YOUR [redacted] WEBSITE WITH THE CORRECT USER NAME AND PASSWORD!  If you have to notify me, do it by email and save some paper and postage!

I am rejecting this response because: seterus Inc. failed to address the fact that when the agreement was made there were no set perimeters ofdue dates or lateness or the fact that they nullified the agreement without notifying me, and although I kept my end of the agreement by continueto pay the adjusted payment amounts for five months they did not use the additional monies towards the pass balance as agreed. That is unfair and bad business practice. I want Seterus to resolve this issue by applying my money to the pass balance that we agreed upon.Sincerely,
