I received a response from Seterus (attached) today. They finally took off the Attorney block giving me access to their website but there is NO information available on the site i.e showing my detailed payment history, interest, insurance or monthly charges. They do offer a payoff amount but absolutely nothing else. They state that since I have a discharged bankruptcy under the Truth in Lending Law that I am not able to receive this info which was part of my original complaint.
 
They also did not address the issue of why they aren't reporting to the credit bureaus so in essence their response did not address my complaint

I am rejecting this response because:  The following paperwork proves my initial argument.  It shows a receipt of papers that I submitted to the company proving that I was working with Seterus on either a short sale or deed in lieu, however, there is still nothing saying whether the home went into foreclosure or whether it was a deed in lieu.  I insist that all the paperwork was submitted for a deed in lieu of foreclosure, however, Seterus to this day has never sent me any paperwork in regards to a foreclosure or deed in lieu.  I still contend that the information submitted to the credit bureaus is wrong and am requesting that once again the foreclosure be taken off due to Seterus making a mistake.  When I called Seterus, the person on the phone even told me it was a short sale and then corrected herself saying it was a deed in lieu.  When I said that it was reported as a foreclosure on my credit report, she told me that was a how a deed in lieu was reported, but she was wrong.  All I know is that I was working with someone and submitting all the paperwork needed, hence the paperwork they sent me showing proof of a receipt of documents sent along with a letter from Seterus acknowledging me trying to work with them.  Once again, I'm asking that Seterus remove the foreclosure from my credit as there obviously is a mistake.

I was unable to attach the previously requested documentation without accepting or refusing. I sent an email to Revdex.com & did not get a response on how to upload the document. Because it was time sensitive I submitted it the only way I saw how. Thank you.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: We spoke with a Carla A[redacted] Consumer and Government Affairs, Seterus, Inc [redacted] - She listened to are complaints - But rush us off the phone after we quoted several examples of missed align mortgage payments due to their action. We give dates, times, and check numbers for her to reference - We attempted to ask more questions but she would not entertain them at this point - She stated; " she would call us back" but wouldn't say when! She was very short and direct during the conversation. Her final comment: "I will research into it!"Sincerely,[redacted]
