Initially starting in August 2015 numerous serious issue with Seterus was occurring. False report claiming active bankruptcy was submitted by Seterus to my credit report. Seterus quit generating monthly statements. Seterus for 4 months denied any of this was occurring. Numerous other services Seterus would not provide. Eventually in December 2015 Eric K[redacted] of Seterus sent to myself numerous letters and statements regarding those and other issues. Issue of complaint today is referring to Eric K[redacted] sent a statement declaring that the issue of not generating monthly statements and not mailing the monthly statement to my home address has been corrected and could take 2 months to occur. I received December2015 and January 2016 monthly statement mailed to my home address. Seterus now does not generate the Feburary statement and Seterus once again claims that is not true. Their is no statement for February and no digital statement on record. Seterus denies that but will not confirm that a statement has been mailed... Eric K[redacted] no longer will communicate anything to me or assist in correcting this reoccurring problem
These issues have been going on since October 2012, many complaints filed Seterus fixes the issue after months and hours of phone calls and then a few months later the issues are back.. Why?????

I received the payoff quote the same day I requested it after all the "drama" and communication from the call center rep saying it would be 7 to 10 days.
I am not sure if I should proceed with my complaint as this point since I got what I needed.
However, I do think their policy to say it will take 7 to 10 days in very misleading and creates a lot of unnecessary emotional energy for the customer and the customer service rep.
