I am in the process of getting my paperwork together to argue my side of how I feel that Seterus didn't keep their end of our agreement. I was never informed that by leaving what few objects I had to leaver, because of a man showing up l to cut grass told me I had to leave MY front door knob was removed and replaced with another in which I didn't have a key for as well as a lock was on the knob so I entered thru basement door in which paperwork says it is screwed shut. On sept 26 2016 R&R propane picked up their tank that I rented. State Farm ins called me about a claim that was submitted 9-15-2016 bathroom tile vandalism in my home, I didn't sign paperwork of deed in lieu until 10-07-2016. I feel that alot of situations happened before my home was signed over that was done to me wrongfully. I feel that Seterus committed insurance fraud under my name and under my homeowners policy. I tried so very hard to keep my home and let them have it, I tried loan modification many times then I lost my physical health and Dr. put me on SSI disability, I receive monthly of what my house payment was, unable to make payments,I decided to sign my home over instead of foreclosure. I had been working with Seterus on these matters, I put my home on the market but it was in need of repairs, Seterus knew this because no one was interested in my home. Needs new roof, windows need updated, flooring thru out, 2 1/2 baths all plumbing in poor condition tile coming off the wall in one and the other never got remodeled I removed tile had black mold on and in drywall around tub. I told state farm that the bath wasn't vandalized its that I never got the money to redo the bath. I told them also that gargage door wouldn't go up because the wires broke. Seterus was well aware of how my home was in need of these repairs. As for as what was left is not the same on the paperwork. I had 1 twin box foundation, 1 TV tray maybe at the most 10 boxes of cups, kitchen gadgets upstairs, downstairs in garage was small end cap drawer, 2 40gal can of trash, paint buckets 2 milk crates of nic nacs ice chest white lament cabinet in 1/2 bath i1 white laminate set of 2 drawers 12" x 36". Outside washer and dryer 1 40 gallon trash can and some other things alongside rakes hoes shovels I woulkd love to get my home back I bought in 2004. However I do feel that I am entitled to the full relocation fee of $3,000.00 if not more State Farm claim #[redacted] policy number [redacted] Once again I repeat I think they had no right to rip my doorknob off and replace it, walk thru my home while I didn't give permission as well as I wasn't ask about it, and that I was told to leave my property or police will arrest me and then for Seterus to file false info on my home under my name is what the legal system calls fraud. I feel very victimized over these occurances
sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I would like to reopen complaint #[redacted]. The response sent to the Revdex.com stated that Seterus would correspond with me directly, and would not send information through the Revdex.com. I received a written response from Seterus that did not even address the complaint and also contained false information.
The reply, from Mr. Damien G[redacted] ([redacted]-- his direct $) stated that they received a modification agreement on March 15 (it was actually received on March 11) signed by my ex-husband and I both (it was only signed by me, and notarized per precise Seterus directions) and stated stayed that we were therefore we are both equally liable for the debt (this was not relevant to the complaint). It does state that they are asking for a recorded quit claim deed, but provides a different purpose than I've been told by reps all along. Finally, I'm informed of what my settlement agreement states (which I am familiar with and is not relevant) and provided an attached copy of the original 2007 signatures when the house was first purchased with BofA (not Seterus) as the original financer (as Fannie M** did not provide 3rd party financing until a month or so after closing)--- this has no relevancy to the complaint.
The letter states that the account is in arrears, but does not state whether it is the mod loan account or the original loan that was supposed to be struck from the records and replaced by the mod loan. There are no directions as to how my funds will be applies tonthe correct account or when inwill finally receive my final contract or tax statement.
As I asked questions, Mr. G[redacted] (who sounded very young) remained silent rather than responding and I had to keep asking him if he was still there and why he was remaining silent on the line. He told me that no response was provided to me because I had not provided the Revdex.com with written authorization for them to respond to me. I explained that I did receive a written reply from him, in his name and signature, and asked him to explain this permission process he was referring to, how to complete it and what it would achieve. He was unable to explain how I would go about giving the Revdex.com permission for us to all interact. It was implied that the response being full of false information and not addressing the actual complaint was somehow related to this authorization process-- it was clear he was confused.
I asked to speak to his supervisor. Mr. G[redacted] put me on hold. While on hold, he came back on once to ask me to keep holding. A few minutes later the call was disconnected. I have tried calling back but no luck so far.
I am most concerned that this "higher level" person honestly sounds like a very young, inexperienced and clearly frightened kid. He seemed completely unfamiliar with the letter in his own name. His replies made no sense but indicated he had not yet responded (when he had, or someone did using his name and signature).
Sincerely,[redacted]
In response to the companies response, I never received any communication from them nor did my lawyer. Again, they continue to fabricate stories to avoid any and all responsibility. I would kindly like to ask them to provide me with a copy of this letter they supposedly sent - I see files on the Revdex.com.org site, however I can’t open them so I can’t be sure.I am still awaiting some form of settlement from them, in addition to the refund of the funds in my escrow account now that my refinance has finally been processed and closed.Thank you[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
First of all I have yet to receive a UPS letter from Seterus. When I opened the emailed letter it is addressed to a Ms. [redacted] I am NOT Ms. [redacted] I am Ms. [redacted]. Your company is not even competent enough to address a letter appropriately. I continue to be amazed by the lack of professionalism and competence your people have. I sent the death certificate and all my legal information months ago. You insisted on calling for my mother and not giving me payoff information. This resulted in $200.00 worth of late fees plus months worth of mortgage payments and other fees that I should not have incurred.
You had the locks changed on the house and the people that bought it couldn't get into it for over three weeks. On top of all that the person that changed the locks stole personal property from the house.
No, I do not accept the response I was given. The fees that were incurred due to the complete lack of intelligence that is completely unacceptable. Not only was I grieving the death of my mother I had to deal with Seterus not knowing which way was up and which way was down.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
This is an ongoing complaint related to a past due amount Seterus is claiming I owe. When I originally filed the complaint I was given a different response to the same issue that I have now received. I am being told that my June 1,2016 payment installment was not satisfied until July 6, 2016. This is not the case. I had made 2 payment installments for the month of May. I had the bank reverse one of the duplicate payments yet Seterus insists that I've missed a payment. I've sent a letter to them with a copy of my bank transactions that show all the trial payments I've made towards the loan modification. The statement clearly shows the duplicate payment and reversal. Yet, I keep getting collection calls and late fees keep increasing every month.
I want my account in current status and need to have all the late fees reversed.Sincerely,[redacted]
