Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
As usual Seterus is talking a lot and saying nothingTheir response did nothing more than restate their policy and make statements about my history with themThey claim that I had numerous returned checks when in actuality I had over the month period that they referencedThere was a 3rd check return charged that was again a screw up on their part as the payment I sent in was applied to our escrow account (admittedly by mistake) instead of our loan payment. I sent them a money order for the exact amount of our monthly payment that was applied to our escrow account which should have never had a deficit (again due to their error)The attachment is the check that they returned claiming that it was not a guaranteed check but of course our bank clearly confirmed that the funds must be in the bank and are withdrawn at the time the check is mailedThey kindly mentioned in their reply that there were no current late fees due at this time as if they did us a favor when in fact I paid all of the imposed fees in the check wired (same day) to avoid another ridiculous late fee due to their incompetenceOur claim and requested restitution remains the sameCorrect our credit history to reflect on time payments, refund all late fees and remove us from their ridiculous pay to make payment list.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Seterus still is not addressing the problem of their tax department making tax payments on our tax account without proof of delinquencyThis has been ongoing since last JuneThey have refused to correct itAs a result, all of our extra principal payments have been held in an unnecessary escrow account and prevented us from paying down the principalEvery effort we have made has been rejectedIn December, we were approved to refinance through another mortgage company only to find that Seterus added on another additional year of escrow to our payoff amountThis is outrageousWithout funds to hire an attorney, we are forced to wait for Seterus to "review our complaint"Seterus is reviewing, not an objective outside review boardIs there any way an outside independent auditor can look into this? Seterus is not looking into it as a professional companyThey want to hold money in escrow to make interest.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Payment left our checking account on July 1st, in the amount of $1,Seterus response on paper states, July 20th, 2015, $1,was returned by borrower's bank as unable to locate accountAs well as the payment on August 14th, in the amount of $1,was returned by borrower's bank as unable to locate accountMonies have not been applied to our mortgage, nor where they retuned to our checking account in which bill pay was used for the July paymentAugust payment was via phone from Seterus to withdrawl the amount from our accountNeither of these payments are showing as paid or receivedBasically my money is somewhere and its showing we are late for two payments
I too have contacted the bill pay of *** *** *** previous known as *** *** *** *** for supportSeterus is telling them they applied the July paymentSee attached two documents for support
