Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I checked my Experian credit report and February was reported as late and March as negative even though the account was closed in January 2016. Also it keeps coming up for my husband that we are 4+ months late. This came up in a government background check so obviously something is still not correct. Also we have contacted *** *** that is listed on the letter that was sent to us and he has yet to respond to our inquiries. Sincerely,*** *** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because my issue is not the property inspection fee, but the additional fees I received a copy of the invoicePlease provide me with the date of services these took place In November we had a 3rd party take care of mowing and boarding up the home, however you state that your vendor completed this I need the date of service information that this was completed and not the invoice date which it noted on the documentationThis will allow me to go back to the person(s) we had complete the service that you state your vendor completed I can not accept the decision without additional information on this

In response to the superscript, we apologize for the inconvenience and lateness of our replyWe were caught up in various formalities and obligations throughout the week. Seterus has still not been able to sort the dilemma and are still pending to see the final outcome of this situationEven after we have paid what was due in full, paid more than they estimated, and even sent more money because of an apparently "outstanding" balance of just under $200.00. We attempt to reach them and our failures far exceed the successful attempts at communication with SeterusFurthermore, they continuously send us documentation stating our apparent status of “Foreclosure”, the unprofessional attitude and very questionable ethics of this mortgage company further emphasize the terrible quality and standards this company operates under. These charges need to be removed from my next statementI am still having issues reaching your customer service employeesat 866-570- I have called on February @4:23pm, 5:17pm and 6:19pm; onn February at 11:17am and 3:14pm Eastern Standard Time but to no availI've been able to reach anyone.Sincerely,*** ***

They said in their response that they had sent all information mailed UPS 2nd day delivery on 10/24/I received your notification at 7:on the 24th of Oct, if their response was mailed on the 24th it had to be at 4:am and I don't believe ups picks up that earlyThat said I should receive the paper work they claim to have sent on 10/26/if I do I will contact you by phone but don't hold your breath because I won't be holding mine

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because I do not feel like they have adequately addressed our concern as stated in their letter When applying to have our PMI removed from our loan, we tried to get clarification of eligibility prior to submitted the request but were not given appropriate information regarding our loan Furthermore, the documentation that they sent was very misleading especially when clarification was not provided by their customer service team
Seterus continues to give us conflicting information and needs to better train their call center reps to respond accurately with information regarding specific loans and their policies We requested PMI removal when our loan was not eligible as a result of this unclear information To resolve the issue we request refund of our appraisal or credit for a new appraisal when the loan becomes eligible
