Authorization form attached Please note that since opening the complaint, the payment check has been received I will note, however, that it is highly improbable that Seterus sent a detailed response to me via *** 2nd day air on October as I have not received this document Also, it is funny that they mentioned this method of delivery was used, as I have been told time and time again, from their management, that the only way they can send correspondence, etcout was through *** After waiting for my check, I begged them to send it to me through an expedited carrier, even to the point that I would pay for the postage, and they stated that it was not their policy This furthermore proves to me that Seterus is completely inept in showing that they are "concerned for their customer base"

I am rejecting this response because:My complaint has not been resolved and my mortgage company continues to show my payments as delinquent. I am current on my payments, I have proof of my payments and they took my January payment and did not put it towards my installment payment. They misappropriated my payment and have not and apparently will not, give my attorney documentation authorizing and/or showing or proving what they money went to. I brought my payments current in December of 2016. I have made timely payments every month since. This company is horrible and has hundreds of complaints against them. Something needs to be done about this
